Outstanding Experience From the minute I arrived to the day I picked up my new car I felt that I was taken care of. Gerry Santos (sales consultant) greeted me with a great From the minute I arrived to the day I picked up my new car I felt that I was taken care of. Gerry Santos (sales consultant) greeted me with a great hello and a firm handshake and we hit it off with no pressure sales tactics , Gerry listened to me and what I wanted from a vehicle and offered a few choices and a couple of test drives. In less than 45 mins we shook hands on the new purchase. I also experienced great service from the rest of the staff who were just as enthusiastic for me and on our new vehicle. This is why Cambridge Hyundai sells lots of inventory because perception is everything in Customer Service and they nailed it with me. I will be back again and you have a customer for life. On a whim and without an appointment, we stopped in t Our Hyundai vehicle had an ongoing seatbelt issue, and we happened to drive by this dealership. On a whim and without an appointment, we stopped in to see if they could have a look at our problem. Mike Lear, the Customer Service Manager, immediately crawled into our vehicle to try and fix the problem. Our seatbelt issue happened to be more complicated, and he needed the assistance of other technicians. Overall, him and his team resolved the problem, and we were on our way feeling safe again, and very happy with the experience. Will continue to use this dealership with any other mechanical services needed. Thanks Mike! More
