Don't waste your time with this dealership I've purchased two new Hondas from this dealership right from the time when they were located on Beaverdale Road in Cambridge and to their Hespeler Ro I've purchased two new Hondas from this dealership right from the time when they were located on Beaverdale Road in Cambridge and to their Hespeler Road location. Over the years I've experienced all sorts of issues with poor and incompetent service. Everything from not tightening oil filters, not tightening transmission drain plug screw enough, both resulted oil loss! Pressure washing my engine bay to only have the check engine light come on immediately afterwards and told it wasn't them. Not standing behind warranty work which has now become the deal breaker for me. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them and service forget it!! I remember once a previous service manager named Roger Allard telling me after I said this is how you treat a customer who buys a new car. "Sir, we don't make our money from people who buy new cars, we make our money from the service." I guess that why they are called stealerships. Folks listen to me steer clear of this place. Yes they are all smiles and act pleasant to your face but the bottom line is they are there to take your money and as much as they can. More

I do a lot of research for such a big purchase and a dealership with a good reputation is important to me. This dealership came very highly recommended to me by family and every review I read online was positive. I dealt with Kevin for this purchase and, to be honest, of all the people I have purchased cars from, Kevin was the most knowledgeable, understanding and patient I have met. He took the time to go through everything from selecting the vehicle, colour, accessories, to the delivery meeting where he kindly went over every vehicle detail with me. His approach with how he treats customers made me feel comfortable as there was no pressure. I would highly recommend Kevin and the Cambridge Centre Honda dealership for your car-driving needs. Amazing Team What a great team of people at this dealership. Kevin was our salesmen and was absolutely amazing with us, we customized our car with some extras. He worked hard communicating with us about things. We live an hour and a half away which he made a non factor. Kevin introduced us to Tony for our Finance and Warrant stuff which went very easy and quick. Tony was also very friendly and easily answered any questions we had. Upon pickup of our vehicle we had a tour of the Maintenance side of the dealership which was very big and everybody was friendly. Kevin also went over our vehicle with us upon pickup and showed us all the features and answer any questions. The vehicle was clean and spotless. The Best Team to deal with is here! More
