Extremely Disappointed – Felt Misled at Honda Cambridge I brought my vehicle to Honda Cambridge to address a cracking sound when releasing the brakes. This noise has been there since the day I bought the car. I didn’t bring it in earlier because I simply didn’t have the time — even though I booked several service appointments in the past, I couldn’t attend them due to my schedule. When I finally managed to bring the car in, I expected them to properly investigate the issue. Instead, they quickly claimed it was because the brakes needed servicing and tried to sell me a brake service. I explained clearly that this sound existed from day one, so it cannot be from normal wear and tear, yet they still insisted on the same answer without doing a proper diagnosis. This felt less like a genuine attempt to resolve a customer’s concern and more like a push for unnecessary work. As a paying customer, I expect honesty, proper technical assessment, and the willingness to actually listen — unfortunately, none of these were present here. I left frustrated, unheard, and still with the same problem I came in for. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Honda Cambridge for service. More
