The salesman John Carvalho was polite, professional and found exactly what i requested. There was no pressure, no upsell and no badgering. The dealership was clean, the staff polite and well dressed. The negotiation process was quick and fair, and at no time was i uncomfortable. Wayne Latulippe in finance was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I purchased some Ford accessories from the parts department, and a discount was applied without me asking, the Truck was clean and full of fuel. After the test drive we started talking about a possible purchase. I then asked Robin if we could take a 2nd test drive and without hesitation he agreed. I was very happy with the no pressure negotiations and I think we arrived to a win-win purchase price.
