Cam Clark Ford Richmond

Richmond Ford is above all the rest. I dislike vehicle shopping so much that I would be okay to drive the same car for ever , if only we could though. However, that all changed when I walked into Richmond's Cam Clarks Ford and was blown away how fast I was in and out with a vehicle that I wanted, I felt like I stole the truck and was a thief by the time I left the lot. I shopped around to a couple other Ford dealerships within a 3 day period and was ready to switch to a completely different Company all together because of the service I was receiving. I left the other Ford dealerships upset and frustrated because of the lack of commitment and overall attitude from their employees but when I walked into Richmond Ford it was the closest thing to home and welcoming you could recieve. My salesman Robin and finance manager Wayne went to battle for me, these two men pressed the banks and Ford Canada like no wasn't an option. They were approachable, welcoming and professional right front start to finish and by far exceeded my expectations. Both were extremely easy to contact, in fact Robin spent the better half of his day off to finalize my truck and stayed with me the entire time. They both advised me and suggested many things but never pushed anything on me like the typical " car salesmen". I ended up leaving with a 2016 Ford F-150 XLT and trading in my 2008 Ford F-150 for a very fair trading price. Not only were Robin and Wayne friendly but the entire atmosphere at Richmond Ford was comfortable and warm. I would if I could tell you what dealerships you should avoid but I will tell you that from start to finish Richmond Ford IS ABOVE ALL THE REST. Great job! More
