Hi Joey, Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointed to hear how you felt about your entire purchasing experience at CYV. We felt we did as much as we could during the entire process to accommodate any issues you had, which involved switching panels off trucks, including aftermarket products at no charge when they did not meet your expectations, and finally switching trucks all together. In good faith, the last thing we did was offer to repair an issue on the 2nd truck, that no individual could actually tell was, or was not on the truck when you took delivery of the vehicle. We understood your level of attention to detail when it came to the appearance of your vehicle, so we offered compensation in the form of cash, if you were going to be dissatisfied with any quality issues when it came to repairs. Our offer to you still stands, we will gladly repair the blemish on the side of the box if that is what you wish to be done, and you are always welcome back to CYV. We are relentless when it comes to improving our customer experience, and I hope this review does not reflect your true feelings. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Thank you Adam for your response but from your message Almost saying that I did the damage and trying to blame CYV. To being in debt $54000 with a brand new truck with a dent the free bottle of wax and $500 I don't believe was the best you could do. As far as switching doors on the other truck I don't think anyone should have to do this on a brand new vehicle. As of now I am looking at trading for a new Ford truck as this is how bad you made me feel after leaving your dealership and your response on this Web site. As far as the free products you gave me I will be more than happy to give you the $17 for the wax. As I stated in my first email you made me feel like a punk and I would like you to ask anyone if they would want to buy a new vehicle and have it damaged within 22 hours of owning it and be accused more or less of doing it and say we will just paint it. I am sure no one would say OK. As far as the $500 buy off it doesn't Even make a payment so thank you for my 23 hour experience at CYV this time on buying a new truck, but you and your dealer ship get a big thumbs down from me.
