Perfect, got exactly what we wanted and needed. I was blown away with the service by CYV, particularly by Mark Van Tassel. He met us with a smile as soon as we got there. I told him we were looking for a Used SUV. He listened, showed us what he had, gave his opinion on a couple SUVs that had a few more miles on them, but at no time did I feel pressured into anything. He answered all our questions and then some. He was very accommodating and I plan on going back to CYV, back to Mark Van Tassel, next year to trade in our other car. We've had our Hyundai for 2 weeks now and love it. It's exactly what we wanted and it's within our budget. Thanks Mark. More

We met with the staff at CYV Chevrolet to discuss leasing a new vehicle and were incredibly impressed through the whole process. The staff stayed past closing in the evening and made sure we were well looked after, knowing the urgency of getting into a new vehicle as soon as possible. The whole process was very efficient and professional and after it was all said and done, our new vehicle was delivered to our doorstep. We have had our new Cruze for 2 months now and couldn't be happier. The vehicle drives very nice and has a lot of great features. I particularly enjoyed Wayne's "soft sell" approach and because of his comments and the info he shared I would now consider buying a GM product! Angie St.Onge was also very professional and courteous even though I decided not to purchase the extended warranty options she so carefully explained to me. (Sorry Angie :) Then Elizabeth showed all around the place and got me to sign all kinds of papers but it was a pleasure because she was so sweet.
