Far Surpassed Our Expectations!! We made contact with CYV Chev on a whim after seeing a flyer they sent out about their used vehicles. We had never dealt with CYV Chev in the past and were not sure what to expect. What we received far surpassed our expectations and past experience with dealing with a car dealership! From start to finish, everyone we came into contact with was kind and helpful. John in particular made sure we were well taken care of, from the test drive til we walked out the door, chatting with us and supplying us with coffee. He always made a point to make sure we were doing OK while we waited. Rose (I believe, the receptionist), made sure our 2 year old son was supplied with cookies, juice and TV shows to watch while we waited on our financing and the van to be detailed. She even made sure he had his own 'car' to take home! Courtney in the business office worked her hardest to make sure we got the financing that was best for us. Even after the sale, John and Courtney have made sure everything is tip top and addressed any concerns we had. We have told everyone that might be looking for a car to check out CYV Chev. More
