After selecting the car (and meeting my budget) I had made arrangements on the weekend to pick up on Mon evening THIS IS HOW BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE!! After selecting the car (and meeting my budget) I had made arrangements on the weekend to pick up on Mon evening. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted with smiles everywhere. No salesmen pushing each other out of the way to get at me. They just let me soak in the immaculate showroom before politely asking if I needed something. I was first greeted by Management (Adam) as he was my first phone contact. He told me the salesman would be right down and small town conversation led us to a mutual friend. Mark arrived in minutes apologizing for being tardy (unaware that I really was 25 min early for the appointment) From here Mark led me to the car and was able to show all features and answer all my questions as though it was his personal car I was buying. Once that he was happy I was happy Back to the office for the paperwork!! This is where I met Courtney. Unfortunately we were only together for about four minutes and after a few signatures and a high five (No kidding it was awesome!!) Mark met me outside with my new chariot waiting. A handshake later I was off in my new ride all in about 45min Big City Professionals with Small Town Charm Thanks again everyone!! More
