We were in a very tough situation, and between CYV Chevrolet Buick GMC LTD has to be one of the best dealerships my family and I have ever dealt with. We were in a very tough situation, and between John and Shawn they were able to have us financed for a vehicle. At the dealership we were greeted by some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. I went online and built and priced out the truck I thought I wanted, filled out the application for financing and Shawn called me that evening. I told him what I was looking for and he set up an appointment for the next day. I was greeted by Shea when I walked in, he took me and showed me around the lot, while I was waiting for Wayne. I met with Wayne and Daniel, they are great guys to deal with, it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. I walked out with my new truck that Saturday afternoon and booked an appointment for the accessories to be installed on the following Monday. Quick and Easy/ Fast and Friendly...just what I like!
