Awesome and fast customer service. I highly recommend CYV in Woodstock NB to purchase a new or used vehicle. I had owned a few new vehicles prior to my purchase from CYV, however they I highly recommend CYV in Woodstock NB to purchase a new or used vehicle. I had owned a few new vehicles prior to my purchase from CYV, however they were always in my now exs name. When I became a single mom and went out on my own I had an old clunker that was literally falling apart, ( Something actually happened to it, on the way to pick up my new car at CYV) I didn't have bad credit but I didn't have ANY, Which is just as bad. I seen an add on Facebook posted by John Mackenzie and the ad said "no credit application refused" I didn't believe that... I had tried several dealerships such as Kia Fredericton, Jim Gilbert's wheels and deals, and even Canada Drives, and none of them would help me with out a co-signer. So I messaged John, then he called me. We spoke on the phone and he was so nice, he assured me that they were going to help me. So John Mackenzie and Jonathan Willis worked hard and I was a pain in the butt calling constantly ( excited and hopeful). A day or two later Jonathan called me and told me to come up to Woodstock that day when I was done work we had some paper work to do! I finished my shift all excited rushed home picked up my children from the sitter, and I headed to Woodstock. When I got there I finally met John and Jonathan and I believe both had stayed late to wait for me as I had to come from Fredericton. We spoke and then I went and test drove my new to me 2013 Kia Forte. I loved it! And being a single mom of 2 with a baby on the way I needed this car so bad. When I got back I went into Jonathan's office and got all the paper work handled. That night I drove away in my Kia!!! These guys helped me so much, if it was not for them Id be a single mom of a 7 year old, a 2 year old and a new born walking with all 3 children. I'm very greatful for these guys :) they were awesome!!!! So Thanks again John Mackenzie and Jonathan Willis. More
