We will no longer be repeat customer and will let all know to ban CMP from their trusted list. More

He has years and tons of experience ..... He is accurate and honest in what he is saying and he is also very clear in his explanations and can definetely answer all of your questions without any hesiattion has he has the knowledge and experience and most definetely makes you feel like a human and not just like another client and he is always available for you to give him a call if you have any questions or need anything He is also very effective has we have decided on our vehicle and not even 3 days after it was delieverd to us and all the papers work was done so ..... If we ever have to go back to buy another vehicle soon we are definetely going back for Mr.Charlie Appleby Also, Charlie has introduce us to administration and wow ! Chris was amazing and the wife and I felt instantly at ease and comfortable. After working out a deal that was very fair and acceptable to us all we were done. Or were we? Chris noticed that the vehicle had a previous accident when he ran the car proof history. He was very open and honest with us to the point he called it a possible deal breaker. We decided to pass and left with no hard feelings. A day later we worked out an amazing deal and bought the truck at a great discount. Not having owned a vehicle with all the options and programs Chris was a big help with the set ups of our Bluetooth connections and truck settings and options. We love the truck. Thank you Chris. You rock!!! More
New car purchase I will NEVER deal with CMP again I will not even have an oil change done there. I have been a customer for 12 years and have bought 4 cars there. They sold me a 31,000.00 car but in the paperwork made it a 49,000.00 car and after 4 years of payments I will have another 4 years of payments as they tacked on another 20,000.00 I didnt even know about and how they did it I'll never know. They are sneaky and disgusting. Now the service from the service department well went in Thursday night at 6 for an appt Friday for a recall on airbags and seatbelt and oil change well received a phone call Friday they were to busy to do the recalls but they got my oil changed and advised me to come pick up my vehicle with the air bag light on by the way and make another appt. . After a lot of getting angry they offered a rental till it was fixed as GM advised me not to drive it especially with kids in the car. Extremely unhappy More
service provider I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I payed for wiper blades replacement, for new ones, installed, and the first impression was that the dr I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I payed for wiper blades replacement, for new ones, installed, and the first impression was that the driver side wiper was streaking in the first use, and then when I turned around the corner as I left the dealership the rear wiper just fell off by itself. I would never recommend services at cmp auto. Bad experience and the most expensive wiper blades I have ever bought for a car. More
Buyer beware Recently purchased a used vehicle from CMP, my experience started very well, my salesman was great, wasn't pushy and was well informed. The problems Recently purchased a used vehicle from CMP, my experience started very well, my salesman was great, wasn't pushy and was well informed. The problems started after buying the vehicle. I immediately noticed some issues that concerned me. First off I shut the vehicle off when I got it home, would not start, the battery cables had been left loose. When I got it running the check engine light came on. I suspect the battery was disconnected to clear the codes. I was told to bring the vehicle back so the mechanic could take a look, the other issue I have starts after driving the vehicle for a length of time. I was told it was test driven to Chestermere and back, brought in the shop and no issues were found. When I picked the vehicle up only 6km had been put on the odometer, not the claimed 30 plus km. When I inquired about this, was told that's what the mechanic said and there is no problems with it. My concern was completely ignored, I was lied to and now they say there is nothing that can be done. The sales team was great but there is definitely a problem, whether it's service or not I can't be sure. Would not buy here again or recommend this dealer. *UPDATE* After speaking with Jay Gassor he suggested bringing he vehicle in to have a second look at it. It was determined the oil pressure is within spec however it is very low and we agreed it will need an engine rebuild likely in the near future. He then put me in touch in with Michael Fisher, used sales manager who asked me to come in to see if we could trade it in on something else. When I arrived there I was greeted by Charlie who tried to help as best possible. Mike never came to speak with me about solving the issue and offered a measly trade in value, which would put me out an additional $6500. How he came up with that price ill never know. The vehicle had only been driven 1500km, and was just inspected at their service department. A thousand or two maybe I could see but the offer made was a complete rip off. While Jay was as helpful as he could be in the situation, Mike definitely was not. There may be a few good aspects to this dealer but I would definitely not buy another vehicle here, nor refer anyone. More
poor service and a poorer excuse for it how would you rate the quality of service provided by CMP .2 week wait , something I could live with , a reminder call a day ahead of my appointment , how would you rate the quality of service provided by CMP .2 week wait , something I could live with , a reminder call a day ahead of my appointment , good policy , a heads up to have my vehicle there first thing in the morning , makes sense , so why would they phone at 4pm that day to say they couldn't do the requested service without even an apology , an oil change no less .now we all know there's a Mr. lube every few blocks in Calgary , but one of the things for me spending allot of money on my new truck was the GM incentives , the quality of the truck etc. if at any time I saw the phrase expect crumby service from the dealership that is selling you the vehicle ,be warned that you might experience the feeling that the dealership doesn't care about your purchase anymore , they have your money .try to get a better excuse than a poor one ? leave a voice mail ,wait for the managers robo excuss More
