CMP Used Department The used car department is nothing but a joke. I went to inquire about trading in my impala, which retails for over $6500+, and was offered a lousy $1 The used car department is nothing but a joke. If you are looking at buying a used car I would advise everyone to avoid cmp at any cost. It was extremely unfair and stupid that they would even think I would take a $1500 dollar offer considering I have put over $4500 into work on this car in the last 5 months. I was looking at downgrading to a different vehicle that was smaller and cheaper on gas, and they were selling one for $5800. A straight across trade would have just put more money in their pocket, but after them making me look like a joke and an idiot, i will take my business elsewhere. More

Poor communication and customer satisfaction Daughter brought in car for wheel alignment, CMP did a check and charged her $50. without asking her first. Chris was amazing and the wife and I felt instantly at ease and comfortable. After working out a deal that was very fair and acceptable to us all we were done. Or were we? Chris noticed that the vehicle had a previous accident when he ran the car proof history. He was very open and honest with us to the point he called it a possible deal breaker. We decided to pass and left with no hard feelings. A day later we worked out an amazing deal and bought the truck at a great discount. Not having owned a vehicle with all the options and programs Chris was a big help with the set ups of our Bluetooth connections and truck settings and options. We love the truck. Thank you Chris. New car purchase I will NEVER deal with CMP again I will not even have an oil change done there. I have been a customer for 12 years and have bought 4 cars there. They sold me a 31,000.00 car but in the paperwork made it a 49,000.00 car and after 4 years of payments I will have another 4 years of payments as they tacked on another 20,000.00 I didnt even know about and how they did it I'll never know. They are sneaky and disgusting. Now the service from the service department well went in Thursday night at 6 for an appt Friday for a recall on airbags and seatbelt and oil change well received a phone call Friday they were to busy to do the recalls but they got my oil changed and advised me to come pick up my vehicle with the air bag light on by the way and make another appt. . After a lot of getting angry they offered a rental till it was fixed as GM advised me not to drive it especially with kids in the car. Extremely unhappy More

service provider I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I payed for wiper blades replacement, for new ones, installed, and the first impression was that the dr I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I payed for wiper blades replacement, for new ones, installed, and the first impression was that the driver side wiper was streaking in the first use, and then when I turned around the corner as I left the dealership the rear wiper just fell off by itself. I would never recommend services at cmp auto. Bad experience and the most expensive wiper blades I have ever bought for a car. More
