Cant fix trucks 4 times my $65.000 truck has gone in for same problem. Promised problem has been repaired. 2 kms the lights came back on for my DEF fluids. A big thanks to Charlie Appleby! I decided to stop by CMP a couple of weeks ago to see if I could get financing for a vehicle. I wasn't in the lot long and Charlie was by my side as I decided to stop by CMP a couple of weeks ago to see if I could get financing for a vehicle. I wasn't in the lot long and Charlie was by my side asking how he could be of assistance. He showed me a beautiful GMC Terrain and I loved it immediately. He was very attentive in showing me all the options and answered every question I had. Charlie and the staff at CMP worked hard on my belhalf and got me driving this wonderful SUV....I have been smiling for 2 weeks, it's such a great vehicle to drive! A huge thanks to Charlie for his exceptional customer service! I will definately be going back to CMP when it's time to trade up....but not for a few years! More
STAY AWAY Stay far away. Brought my vehicle in for a recall on the ignition, and while fixing the ignition they somehow managed to break a piece of the ignition Stay far away. Brought my vehicle in for a recall on the ignition, and while fixing the ignition they somehow managed to break a piece of the ignition that recognized when the key is in/out. Now, when I take my key out of the ignition it chimes as if I was leaving the keys in. Not a safety hazard, but annoying nonetheless. I find it ironic that this happened after they were playing around in the ignition. Never have they admitted fault, and they won't. They kept my car for over 48 hours to "fix" the problem they created, and they never ended up fixing it. They phoned me and told me they had fixed it, and then when I went to pick it up (for a second time) it was worse than the day before! Then when they priced out the part (that I would have to pay for), they realized that part is on national back order and I wouldn't even be able to get it fixed, even if I wanted to. Thanks CMP for breaking a piece that I can't even replace. So when I asked what I was supposed to do, I was told I should "live with it" and "deal with it". Excuse me!? That is not how I dropped my vehicle off and that is not how I wanted to take it home. A few days later I then got an e-mail asking how their service was, I promptly replied to tell them. Still not response in regards to that e-mail. Then today, another service manager phoned me (unrelated to the e-mail I had sent) to tell me, again (even though it was two weeks ago) that it was not their fault, and that I have to pay to fix it and that the part is still unavailable. I did not need that phone call and it just got me all rustled up again. I told them to remove me from their e-mail/call list as I did not want them phoning me with unnecessary "updates". I don't have the money to fix the part, so I don't need them to be calling me to tell them about the availability of it. If/when I chose to fix the part that they broke, I will be contacting another dealership as I refuse to deal with CMP ever again. The fact that they think it is okay to not admit fault, and then try to get me to pay them to fix the part they broke is unsettling and I wish that people would chose to do their business elsewhere. More
First Car I was searching all over the place until I found this dealership. I called and spoke to Mike about a certain car I had in mind and he got me in for a test drive and meeting the next day. Coming in, Mike greeted me with a huge smile and was prepared to tell me anything I wanted to know. After the test drive, he gave me so much information about the car and it turned out that it was not for me. Mike took so much time with me to search the lot to find my dream car and once I found it, he gave me the information about buying a car, and helped me with my budget. I went in there not knowing anything about buying a car, and left with so much confidence. It was actually a lot of fun talking with him! He bent over backwards to get me everything I expected in my first vehicle. I am so grateful for everything CMP has done for me in the last couple of days! I would recommend this dealership and Mike to anyone who is in need of a car any day! Thanks again! More

The Ford that I was looking for was transferred to another dealership and Mark offered several potential pick-ups for consideration. Hi was very friendly, professional and knew how to accommodate my request. As two times before the experience with CMP stuff was a real pleasure if you like to try to get what you want for the price that fits your budget. Mr.Mark Bautista, young and prospective salesman surely knew how to make a sale with the guy that had no serious intention to purchase that particular day. Dealing with Charlie at CMP Auto was a pleasure and he made our vehicle buying experience painless and enjoyable! We had been searching for a SUV that was a year or two old with low Kms and we were pleased when we found a 2013 GMC Yukon on the CMP website. We called and were told a salesperson would contact us shortly. Soon after we received a call from Charlie Appleby. He answered all of our questions, took an entire series of photos of the vehicle and emailed to us promptly. When we asked if we could meet for a test drive that afternoon, Not only did he agree to show us the vehicle on short notice but agreed to meet us on the west side of the city as we were driving in from Canmore. He was a pleasure to deal with, no pressure, no nonsense, just great service! He came through with all we requested and delivered what we agreed upon. He's a pro! Nick and Marla More
My wife and I had looked on line at several local and surrounding area dealers to see about replacing our 11 yr. old full-size SUV which the engine had just recently gone on. We were planning on going to surrounding area dealers to see about replacing our 11 yr. old full-size SUV which the engine had just recently gone on. We were planning on going to approximately 4 dealers and decided we would start our day off with CMP Automotive as our first stop. As it turned out, it was also ended up being our only and last stop. We knew the type of vehicle we were after, and had it narrowed to 2 in particular that they had from their pre-owned warranty approved inventory. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly, professional and relaxed in manner gentleman by the name of Robert Wachter. He was very helpful in showing us the two models we wished to look at and arranged for respective test drives. He was very honest and upfront with answering all of our inquiries and concerns, and was also able to make the purchase not only happen, but also at a price that was reasonable and fair. Robert ensured and showed us that the vehicle had been properly inspected by their trained staff, had been cleaned throughout and that the missing vehicle manual and a floor mat were in place before we left the lot. Despite our full intent of going elsewhere at the start of our day, Robert made it such that we didn't feel the need to look beyond the vehicles he kindly showed us. As he mentioned while we wrapped up the transaction, that now we didn't need to waste any of our time going all over the city looking at other dealers inventory and possibly not being able to find a comparable vehicle and at a price that we could be happy with. From the time we walked in to the time we left in our new pre-owned vehicle, we were made to feel at ease and re-assured that the we would find the right vehicle for us. We would recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to stop by CMP and ask for Robert. More
