Standing behind warranty and then some! We bought a 2012 SUV in the winter and didn't check the air conditioning until our 60 day warranty was almost over. We took it in to get fixed and they topped it up and it worked fine for a bit. It stopped working after our warranty ran so we took it to our mechanic who discovered that the lines to the back were worn out and leaking. They quoted us $1400. We called CMH and they said to bring it in. They fixed it free of charge because we had the problem prior to the warranty running out. On top of that they fixed a tire that had a nail in it and adjusted the brake light switch that we had our mechanic replace. We are very impressed with the excellent service and the going above and beyond! More

I would definitely recommend Dan and would probably purchase from him again in the future. I had recently returned to just see about selling my 2016 Toyota Corolla. I was dealing with the Sales manager who was very unprofessional in the way he gave me a quote and offered “advice”. He was very demeaning to me and made me feel very uneducated/welcome. As a past customer who has bought from this dealership not even 6 months ago, I would have expected a very different attitude especially coming from a sales manager. Next time bringing me into an office sitting me down and going threw the details about my vehicle and pulling up the information for me to see would have been a lot more professional. Hopefully in the future if I do return to repurchase a vehicle I will be approached with professionalism. Other than this negative experience with Raymond Blais, I would by far recommend CMH as the other aspects of the dealership meet up to the name ”Customers Matter Here”. More
