I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Golf TDI at the end of July 2019 and on September 16th my Rear Driver side E brake mechanism seized so i brought it in and I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Golf TDI at the end of July 2019 and on September 16th my Rear Driver side E brake mechanism seized so i brought it in and they replaced the caliper no questions asked i was amazed at how fast they replaced it i was in and out in under 2 hours. i will highly recommend this dealership to anyone that asks if i know anywhere to buy a car for sure! Standing behind warranty and then some! We bought a 2012 SUV in the winter and didn't check the air conditioning until our 60 day warranty was almost over. We took it in to get fixed and the We bought a 2012 SUV in the winter and didn't check the air conditioning until our 60 day warranty was almost over. We took it in to get fixed and they topped it up and it worked fine for a bit. It stopped working after our warranty ran so we took it to our mechanic who discovered that the lines to the back were worn out and leaking. They quoted us $1400. We called CMH and they said to bring it in. They fixed it free of charge because we had the problem prior to the warranty running out. On top of that they fixed a tire that had a nail in it and adjusted the brake light switch that we had our mechanic replace. We are very impressed with the excellent service and the going above and beyond! More
