Horrible Customer Service. Had two very dissapointng experiences here. First time around shopping for a new car for my husband we decided to shop elsewhere due to rude, sarcast Had two very dissapointng experiences here. First time around shopping for a new car for my husband we decided to shop elsewhere due to rude, sarcastic sales person. Fast forward 6 months and time for myself to buy a new car. As I was shopping on line I found a kia soul that I was very interested in at CMH. The color and year I was hoping for at a decent price. After spending some time shopping around I was eager and excited to find the car I had been looking for. As we drove over my husband and I remembered our negative experience last time but decided to give cmh another shot..wrong decision. We arrived about 5 after 5 on a Friday evening. I guess I had misread on line I thought they closed at 8. All excited to test drive the soul I went right into the dealership where a sour faced man named Ray I believe was there to greet me. I said hi, could I please go for a test drive. He looked at me and said very rudely were closed, turned his back and walked away. I couldn't believe how rude he was.. I wasn't mad they were closed it was my mistake but very mad how within one second this miserable man turned my excitement into displeasure. Not a I'm sorry were closed please come back tomorrow, or any information on the car just pure attitude. I'm actually thankful for the rude little man however because we made our way to the kia dealership on Ontario street and were greeted warmly by their sales person and general manager.. they were also just about to close but they were happy to show us around and test drive and give us a wonderful experience. As a bonus we found the same year and model of car I wanted there only fully loaded and $2000.00 cheaper. Bought it cash the next day. Dont reccomend cmh nor will I ever set foot on that lot again. Horrible customer experience twice. More

I would agree that the buying experience matched all the positive reviews. The price was very competitive, the salesman was not pushy and there were no hidden charges. They also weren't pushy on the upsell of rust proofing, warranty etc. The car has been great, although I noticed some pulling to the right. I called and booked an appointment for today. We brought it in this morning and they sent it off for an alignment for no charge. The car drives perfectly now. I was very happy with the overall experience and would gladly go back More
