I had a leak in a tire, they were not even able to fix it, I had to go to a no name garage to get it done. I believe I went there about 5 times and they never fixed anything. I end up going to Guelph Hyundai where I got a very good service and they fixed everything at the first appointment. I would never go back to Burlington Hyundai. More
2012 Elantra limited has pulled to the left since the day I picked it up, and has never driven straight. Yet even after multiple visits to this service department, each time with their recommendation for an I picked it up, and has never driven straight. Yet even after multiple visits to this service department, each time with their recommendation for an alignment, 7 actually over a 2 years period, it still pulls. Now it is also pulling to the right. This is extremely frightening on the highway as you are continually fight to keep it going forward, and not end up in on coming traffic or in the ditch. Last time I took it to this service team, the Service Manager basically told me this pull is a characteristic of the car, and there is nothing they can do about it. Research on-line consistantly cites this as a problem, yet Hyundai does not have a cure. More
I have owned previous Hyundai's in the past and am very familiar with this dealership Last purchase was a Tuscon and it has given me nothing but hassles Warranty work 5 times in past 2.5 years very familiar with this dealership Last purchase was a Tuscon and it has given me nothing but hassles Warranty work 5 times in past 2.5 years Twice dick the mechanic said car was great, here are the keys ,i take it down the road and problem not resolved or worse . Take car back and chat with the 12 year old mechanic behind the desk who later advises me that they ordered wrong part and installed that part anyway . Every time i have taken my car here ,parts always need to be ordered which means time off work and lack of use of my car Also there advertised drive through service one is non existent ,more like book a service 1 (simple oil change) in a week s time . Basically dealership cannot handle the volume of service requests and although they say they are expanding ,that excuse ran stale years ago . I have decided to take my crap box SUV to another dealer for service issues and anxiously await the day when my car is paid for so that i can buy a better possibly domestic vehicle More
I purchased a '09 Accent with 26km for 9k cash. Even before my first oil change the car started to make all sorts or noises. A knocking from the back suspension , a clicking / hissing noise from the clu before my first oil change the car started to make all sorts or noises. A knocking from the back suspension , a clicking / hissing noise from the clutch and now needs a complete break job. I sent an Email to the service department to have these problems looked at and have not had a reply in about five days. I am very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and follow up service that this dealership provides. More
There have been MANY things that have lead me to writing this review. #1) I purchased a brand new Santa Fe a few years ago. This brand new car was delivered with a large scratch in the hood. Instead of re this review. #1) I purchased a brand new Santa Fe a few years ago. This brand new car was delivered with a large scratch in the hood. Instead of replacing the hood (like I had requested) they wanted to buff out the scratch. I gave them a chance and was not happy with the results of the "buff". I argued back and forth with the manager asking for a replacement hood...it took about 4 weeks and they finally okayed the replacement. It took 2 months total from the day I picked up my vehicle until they replaced the hood. I had paid extra to have it "weather proofed", but of course they didn't weather proof the new hood. I had to take it back AGAIN to have that done. I was happy with the outcome (excluding how much/long it took to get). #2) found out a year later that they had given my insurance company the VIN number for a completely different vehicle that had me over paying for insurance. I called into BH and they told me they could do nothing financially for me because I should have caught the mistake. and the final piece of ridiculousness....3) I work in Oakville and require my car for work...working Saturdays leaves only evenings available for servicing my car. I was forced to book an appointment during the day time (because they have discontinued their evening appointments) and now cannot because I have no transportation into the office when I leave my car with them for service...NOTE TO OTHERS: THEY ONLY DRIVE CLIENTS WITHIN BURLINGTON I told the lady at the service desk how unhappy I was that they could not drive me to work and said that I will no longer be using their service department from now on...her response "ok then". Of all the dealerships I went to while researching for a new car Armando Sy from Burlington Hyundai was the only sales person to ever follow-up with my wife and I. His customer service was above and beyond new car Armando Sy from Burlington Hyundai was the only sales person to ever follow-up with my wife and I. His customer service was above and beyond what was expected and he met all our needs in purchasing a new vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle the beginning of July 2012 and have had several problems with the car. When I took it for a test drive the steering column made a funny noise and when I mentioned it to the associ have had several problems with the car. When I took it for a test drive the steering column made a funny noise and when I mentioned it to the associate assisting me he stated that it was normal. But as I had never owned a Hyuandi nor am I a mechanic I trusted the salesperson and thought all was well and purchased the close to $10,000 car. That same evening I made a call to the dealership and spoke to the salesperson/Armando. I mentioned that I was concerned with a noise/viberation coming from the rear of the vehicle when driving at high speeds (100+ km/hr) on the highway. He attributed the noise to the new tires needing to be balanced and instructed me to call into the service department in the morning. I called the Service department and explained the story of my new purchase up until now. They booked me their soonest appointment which a few days away. On the day of the appointment I dropped my car in early that morning and had my fiance drive me to work. I asked to have my keyless entry checked (as my car would not beep when I pressed the lock button) and to have the noise/vibration at the rear of the car looked at. I received a call that afternoon letting me know that the keyless entry had been fixed and that the noise while driving was that a rear strut needed to be replaced. The mechanic also made note that the U-joint in the steering column needed to be replaced. I mentioned that I had let the sales rep know the day I took it for a test drive and she acknowledged my comment and proceeded to tell me that they did not have the part(s) and another appointment would need to be made. So I go, pick up my car, and make another appointment and the process starts again. A few days later I again drop the car off in the morning, take the shuttle to work – which I am late for, and use my lunch to have the shuttle pick me up to retrieve my vehicle. This time the rear strut and the U-joint in the steering column will be replaced and I have noticed that the fuel level is seized. I mention this when I drop the vehicle off and she tells me that they will look at it. My family and I go on vacation and when I come home I test the car and once again I hear the noise coming from the rear and the fuel lever is not much better. In the passing weeks I notice that if I turn the car off and leave my lights on the audible ding to alert me my lights are still on doesn’t work, the lights that light up my dashboard/radio flicker while driving in the rain (likely due to a short or a bad connection) and the initial issue of the rear noise/vibration is still there. My warranty is over as of August 31st of this year and I will have to make another appointment to have all these things looked into. I’m frustrated with my expensive purchase. I’m tired of the inconvenience. I expect things to be done and to be done right the first time. On my 3rd return in less than two months,I would like a tenured mechanic to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle so that I don’t have to come in after my warranty is up to pay for repairs that should have been caught before I was sold the car. When I bought my very first car 3 years ago, I dealt with Dan Koz. He was exceptionally knowledgeable not only with his brand of vehicles, but with the whole market. He understood my concerns and my needs Dan Koz. He was exceptionally knowledgeable not only with his brand of vehicles, but with the whole market. He understood my concerns and my needs and helped me purchase the perfect vehicle for me. I felt very confident with my decision and knew that I would be returning to Hyundai for his services for my future vehicle needs. I have since started a family and needed a new car. The choice of dealership was simple, I will always be a customer of Dan's as long as he is in the industry and highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a car! More

Most dealers you are slightly uptight & worried when you go to look for a car but once you get there you will realize you made the rigth choice as I did. It's hard to get great customer service nowadays but Burlington Hyundai & Dan have been great so far with all my questions & concerns! More
