I visited this dealership on Tuesday, April 8th, with the intention of buying out my lease. The previous week, I had spoken with a sales manager named Sarah, who provided me with the necessary details, inclu intention of buying out my lease. The previous week, I had spoken with a sales manager named Sarah, who provided me with the necessary details, including the buyout price and a list of documents I needed to bring. She also informed me that a safety inspection would be required, and advised that I schedule an appointment for that purpose. However, when I arrived with my vehicle, I was informed by a staff member that the safety inspection would cost $189—an additional charge that had never been communicated to me. Naturally, I was taken aback, as I had received no prior indication that there would be a separate cost for the inspection. I proceeded to the front desk and asked to speak with Peter, with whom I had a scheduled appointment for 11:15 a.m. Unfortunately, the staff had no record of my appointment, even though another employee, Tammy, had texted me the week prior to confirm it. This was disappointing and highlighted a clear lapse in internal communication. When I finally spoke with Peter, he informed me that the responsibility for the safety inspection fee fell to me. He expressed no understanding or empathy regarding the fact that this charge had not been disclosed by Sarah. I then requested to speak with a manager or someone more senior. I waited over half an hour before anyone came to address my concerns. Eventually, a gentleman (he never gave me his name) approached me but stood silently without introducing himself or offering any explanation or apology. His demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional, and I was left feeling completely disregarded. When I expressed my disappointment and said that I intended to leave a review on Google, he responded in an extremely inappropriate manner—stating that he would leave a review about me. I found this not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful. Overall, this was the most disappointing and upsetting customer service experience I’ve encountered. I expected a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and courtesy from a business of this nature. I will avoid this dealership at all costs and will advise anyone I know to do so as well. Worst. . ı haf a brand new tucson and been in the service for 6 times in the first 5 months. Gave the keys to my car to another customer who drove off. At least say ‘sorry’ for your mistake and apologize for keeping a customer waiting. selling an electric car for the same price as new seems like a bit of taking advantage of customers and the EV shortage. They are selling a 2022 IONIQ 5 with 35000 KM on it for almost exactly the same pri like a bit of taking advantage of customers and the EV shortage. They are selling a 2022 IONIQ 5 with 35000 KM on it for almost exactly the same price as new and the financing rates are not as favorable as financing a new car. The offer they made on my car was a bit of a joke as well. Im not sure if it was just the salesman I spoke with or the dealership. They have a demo car but they made it seem like a great privledge to be able to take a car for a test drive prior to purchassing. More
