I have been dealing with Hyundai for not quite two years and have always had exceptional attention given to me and the service work done on my Elantra! Justin the Senior Service Specialist is both profess and have always had exceptional attention given to me and the service work done on my Elantra! Justin the Senior Service Specialist is both professional and engaging when reviewing what work will be completed during service appointment. When I picked up my car Justin was very friendly and clearly broke down what was done. He shared information about each tire that was put back on car and the rating in the alignment something that has never been explained before. I shared with family and friends how happy I am with Hyundai and how Justin made me feel very confident that my car will keep me and the grandchildren safe when they’re in my car! I What a joke of an organization. Argued with other Hyundai dealerships over the phone related to my Hyundai Tuscon that was STILL under warranty and spent 3 days while I payed for a Argued with other Hyundai dealerships over the phone related to my Hyundai Tuscon that was STILL under warranty and spent 3 days while I payed for a rental out of pocket waiting on an email to confirm it was under warranty. NO follow up. I had to keep calling. Eventually I had to literally get my car towed out of there at my expense (300$ to Grimsby Hyundai) so the warranty work could be done which it was in very quick order. Absolutely shocking service department. More

We purchased a used van and within 4 months spent almost $8000 in repairs.New transmission,front brakes,all fluids flushed out as they were extremely We purchased a used van and within 4 months spent almost $8000 in repairs.New transmission,front brakes,all fluids flushed out as they were extremely diry,new spark plugs,new battery,replaced solenoid switch and the list goes on.Lucky we bought the extended warranty.However we were still out over $4000 of our own money.Salesman David Sanderson nice guy when all is well but if you have a problem well good luck.There were other issues but you get the point i think.In retrospect we should have walked from the deal when we found out they were using stock photos of the van.The van they showed had features we wanted but were not actually on the vehicle we purchased.In summary buyer beware. More

One of the worst serviced dealer I had been with, unprofessional, lack of service experience, lack of management skill. Car towed in the dealer leave with them for 5 days and they said nothing wrong unprofessional, lack of service experience, lack of management skill. Car towed in the dealer leave with them for 5 days and they said nothing wrong with my car, car drive normal no faults no alerts, I took the risk paid the diagnosed and drove the car off the highway the car is stall again, towed back in and send me the quotes for few thousand dollars not even they removed the engine components to check or tested to confirmed.
