Did full service that cost $450 for warranty work, which seemed odd but did full service check over, so maybe. Extremely slow service for paying the bill and such and not overly friendly. Get the car and has odd knocking and pull to one side and they were pushing to have an alignment done, although I never noticed issues prior. So a couple weeks, noise is getting worse. Seems to switch from front right to left side, and suddenly brutal grinding. Take it to other dealer to find out the front wheel bolts were not torqued on, so had come loose. One tire held on by only one lug nut and other by only 3. I'll never touch the Burlington service shop again. Good news was the Kitchener Hyundai dealership was terrific. More

He suggested we check out other routans in the area to compare and even asked if we needed directions to get to the other dealerships. He also offered to lower the price if we decided the van was the one we wanted. Great rep!! More

Great service experience I have had some difficulties with a rough running issue at times. It didn't happen all the time but very frustrating when it does occur. The service t I have had some difficulties with a rough running issue at times. It didn't happen all the time but very frustrating when it does occur. The service team took my vehicle (unfortunately over night) but worked diligently on it and said they found the problem. I have been driving my car now for over 3 weeks and it has not started running rough since. Thank you Gerard More
Excellent experience I bought a used vehicle from this dealership that wasn't even a Hyundai. The experience itself was very good but what really impressed me was what hap I bought a used vehicle from this dealership that wasn't even a Hyundai. The experience itself was very good but what really impressed me was what happened after I got the vehicle home. I noticed a scratch on it that I had not previously seen--which I think happened when the dealer sent the vehicle out for some aftermarket parts I asked for. I called the dealership and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. They paid to have an auto-body shop repaint an entire door and it looks amazing. I would definitely deal with them again. Service Department admits they are horrible at their jobs. I have recieved 2 years of poor customer service at Burlington Hyundai. I documented 8 incidents and sent this email to Hyundai Canada and Vince Jone I have recieved 2 years of poor customer service at Burlington Hyundai. I documented 8 incidents and sent this email to Hyundai Canada and Vince Jones owner of Burlington Hyundai. Neither cared to help me. Hyundai Canada wants to let the dealership handle it and Vince Jones sent me a generic apology. The service I have received at Burlington Hyundai has been beyond deficient and frustrating, The staff in the service department treat me like I'm an extreme aggravation every time I come into the service department. They no longer hide their annoyance the second I walk through the door. The Customer Service Reps are extremely rude and argumentative on the phone and in person. They always deflect blame and have no empathy for all the problems I've had with my service at Burlington Hyundai. I’m very uncomfortable leaving my car with Burlington Hyundai and now will have to take my car to an alternative dealership 35 minutes away. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Poor Service and Rude Employees We went to this dealer to check out a Honda crv. The day we went, the car was priced at $10,000 and when we told the dealer we were interested, he said there was a pricing error and the price is now $14k. We then decided to leave and talk to the manager about it another day because she was not in. When we came back the manager said it was always at $14k. Luckily we had taken pics of the car and showed it to the manager who then said we either have to buy the car for 14k or get it from somewhere else. This place has terrible customer service and we are never going back. More
Lack of Communication! There is a severe lack of communication. I bought my car in 2012 with all of the extended warrenties (paint/rust/tires ect). I am being told now that There is a severe lack of communication. I bought my car in 2012 with all of the extended warrenties (paint/rust/tires ect). I am being told now that it is very possible that my rust warrenty is now void because I didn't bring a sheet of paper for them to sign annually while my service is being completed. My question is why can't they at least remind me to bring it? Or why can't they provide me with this sheet of annual inspection? It seems like it would be a pretty simple service to provide to a customer. Also, When I moved away to another province, Hyundai continually called my parents house for me to come in for service. When they explained that I lived in another province, over and over and over again, they still continued to call despite the fact that I was having all the necessary work completed in Newfoundland. They actually told my parents that there was no way to change this in the system and that they would simply continue to call and my parents would have to continue to explain that I no longer lived with them. It's ridiculous that these simple communications cannot occur. I will probably buy another Hyundai vehicle because I've had two and they've been great, but I can tell you that it definitely will not be purchased from Burlington Hyundai. More
Great experience! The sales rep Dan was incredibly knowledgable about cars in general. I wasn't even planning on buying a car that day but he talked me into it.
