If additional repairs are required upon further inspection, I am always contacted for additional approval and a revised time for completion or re-schedule is agreed on. Overall, my experience with the sales staff and your service desk have been tops. I never had a bad experience with the service department and never had to return to your repair shop because my car was not properly repaired during the first visit. More

I explained my situation to the oakville service manager and he called Mazda Toronto on my behalf. They weren't helpful to him and didn't resolve the issue with my car.
