Katie the Service Manager provide “White Glove” treatment like no other. In the past I would decline all recommended service however with the level of support and salesship Katie showed how could I say No!!! like no other. I have made sure to keep all maintenance work done at a Mazda dealership only. It sure cost me however the car runs like a brand new vehicle. I refuse to go anywhere else. Moving forward I only go to Budds Mazda of Oakville. I love how they send you a video of the parts needing replacement. Some dealerships just say they do this but Budds actually uses the technology properly with their customers. I love this place! Bought 2020 cx5 great driving vehicle. Went to a larger dealership thinking it was safer and get better service. Went over vehicle pretty quickly trusting them. Me bad. Picked up the car it was raining so did quick once over looked ok. Got it home parked for a week away for work. Checked car over replaces 1 front tire the other one is almost at wear bars left on. Back tires are ok. So now I have to replace 1 front tire and needed an oil change at the time. Picked up. Still said oil change needed he said they did change it but cap was still dirty and oil plug was not touched So to cut costs. Bare minimum BEWARE More
