This is not worthy of Budd's name Avoid at all costs. Teeter-tottering on fraudulent. From the get-go I was told lies about the vehicle I was interested in buying. Being interested in the vehicle regardless, I went forward with the purchase... boy what a mistake. - Told me that for my deposit to go through I'd have to sign their purchase agreement - They "accidently" misread the MILES on the vehicle: we paid for a car with 77,000km when it turned out to have over 125,000km. - Misrepresented the features included in the car - Screamed at my mother on the showroom floor - Treated us like absolute criminals for wanting our money back despite them breaking their own contract. - Tried to get us to hand back over the keys, car, and ownership with no cheque in sight! Avoid at all costs. More

While waiting for my vehicle, Matt Wren, a salesman introduced himself and asked if I wanted to take the new CX3 for a Test drive. My sister was visiting from out west so we decided to take him up on his offer. Matt was awesome to deal with along with Yash Luthra. They were very professional and I purchased a 2016 CX3.. This is my second Mazda and I purchased them both from Budds Mazda. The sales team are easy to deal with and make your transaction a pleasure. The service department team are efficient and great to deal with. I would and have recommended this team. More
Never let your leased car be grounded and repaired by this d My wife has been leasing cars at this Mazda dealership for over 10 years and unfortunately this last lease will be our last. Our sales representative Deborah Blackburn and General Sales Manager Mehran Arabpour walked around her car and said the small dents and scratches would only be a few hundred dollars. We received another quote for $550 for repairs to the entire car and had it scheduled to be fixed the next day. Because they wanted to make the sale and get us into a new leased vehicle (A MONTH EARLY) they told us the price Mazda Canada would charge would be comparable. A few weeks later we received a bill for $2677. For a few small dents and scratches!!! I have been in a full on accident and the insurance company paid less than the repair bill for normal dents and scratches!! After pleading with them that we can't afford this because we have a two week old baby, my wife is not working and we are a loyal customer they reduced the price by a measly $300. They didn't give us the option of a wear and tear package like we have purchased on the new car, that would have saved us thousands if we were given that opportunity. I don't know how they can get away treating loyal customers like this, they should be ashamed of themselves! More

I did explain that I was not looking to purchase that day, just wanted to see if we should consider the specific car when we were ready to let go of our current car. However used pushy sales techniques in the "tell us what you want so we can do the deal today!". In the end the price quoted contained $400 for nitrogen tire fill (listed as Rid Green Certified), $75 for wheel locks (four tamper proof nuts), and the they neglected to include the -$500 Mazda Canada is giving as an incentive (or -$3500 if we did a cash deal). Got a quote from another dealer that is $2300 less, or about 8% lower. More

Most recently, I had been in touch with Matthew to inquire about a vehicle and booked an appointment to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership on time for my appointment, the receptionist told me "he's busy with another customer, you'll have to wait over there". She didn't notify him that we had arrived at all. So we stood and waited for 15 minutes. With no other sales consultants approaching us or offering assistance, we left. Poor customer service! There are so many other dealerships close by, that I don't need to waste my time standing around. Edit Aug 16, 2014 I was contacted a few days after visiting this dealership by their Customer Retention Advisor requesting feedback of my experience. I shared with her my comments and was immediately contacted by the General Manager and Sales Consultant. They were both very apologetic and thankful that I had shared my feedback instead of remaining silent like so many dissatisfied customers would. I feel like they both value me as a customer and am impressed that they were so diligent in following up to try and make it right. It should be noted that this is the only dealership I contacted which asked for feedback, a mark of a team who is committed to service. More
