Clear explanation of issue with Airbag fault Service Advisor did a good job explaining my air bag issue between recall notice and actual fault found once the car (2009 Mazda 6) was brought in. An Service Advisor did a good job explaining my air bag issue between recall notice and actual fault found once the car (2009 Mazda 6) was brought in. Another recall item outstanding was handled promptly during the call. Original phone call to dealership a few months earlier, led me to believe that I had to wait for a 2nd notice until parts were received, the issues seemed to be with Mazda Head office waiting a long time for parts. Despite thinking the vehicle airbag issue was with the recall item, it turned out to be something else that caused the Airbag warning light on dash to blink. I have been assured my 2009 Mazda 6 will receive the updated module as per the actual recall, but at least the airbags are operational again. My beef would be with Mazda Engineering for designing some system that requires a technician to work an hour to change an $8 light bulb which disabled the airbag system. Of course, I am glad to have my airbags operational as several months without them was a bit stressful. More

I highly recommend this dealership to family and friends who understand and appreciate true expertise and value. For instance, during my most recent visit Mr. Ganesh Ramraj was incredibly helpful with recommending new tires for my car. There was no pressure and he quickly and easily surpassed the best rate I have ever sourced for 4 seasonal tires - with top of the line Pirelli tires! Ms. Andrea Stathers is always super helpful and kind along with everyone else at this dealership who go well beyond common efforts to provide best car care. The technicians are also highly skilled and knowledgeable of all Mazda parts and processes. Don't be fooled by fraudulent reviews. Anyone who has actually stepped foot in this location will know it is definitely one of the best dealerships in Canada if not The Best Mazda dealership in NA. More

Poor and frustrating We tried to see about a Mazda, was greeted by a high pressure guy trying to temp us with a bunch of incentives, and when we explained we just wanted t We tried to see about a Mazda, was greeted by a high pressure guy trying to temp us with a bunch of incentives, and when we explained we just wanted to see if we liked the car at that point, he talked to another salesperson about us in front of us like we were idiots for not wanting a free gas card or whatever it was. When we bought the Mazda elsewhere, I tried to service the car at Buddy, only to find very similar fear tactics sales when telling me about the service required, which I wasn't even disputing. It's a bit much. Don't go there, I'll never go there or any Budds store after these instances. Very disappointed. More
