When the tire extended warrantee denied my claim( 3 days PAST expire) they managed to replace the tire at a nominal charge the same day - Pretty sad w When the tire extended warrantee denied my claim( 3 days PAST expire) they managed to replace the tire at a nominal charge the same day - Pretty sad when the nail puncture was it the summer tires- not noticed when they were pulled off in the fall- only to be found when trying to install them in the spring- So actually the damage was done within the warrantee period- just not noticed. If additional repairs are required upon further inspection, I am always contacted for additional approval and a revised time for completion or re-schedule is agreed on. Overall, my experience with the sales staff and your service desk have been tops. I never had a bad experience with the service department and never had to return to your repair shop because my car was not properly repaired during the first visit. More
