He took his time with eliminating causes, rechecking to see if what was "said" was done last time really was and getting down the source of the problem. (Last year I was in and out a few times for the same issue that clearly did not solve problem as engine light came back on almost a year to the day) Jason took the time to show me pictures (did not talk down to me) of the process being done on my car and answer as many questions as I needed to ask. At no time did i feel I was paying for "pre-maintenance maintenance" But rather was paying for the actual repair that was needed. I have been a Mazda girl for many years and had become quite frustrated last year to the point of thinking perhaps I will change to another make, but Jason has restored my faith in Mazda as a good product and working alongside of this dealership once again. He IS the one and only person at this dealership that I am willing to deal with. He knows his mechanics well, and my experience with Katie and Andrea were lovely.
