Answered all my questions thoroughly; accommodated my hectic work schedule and responded in a timely manner. Extended warranties rep lady could be a bit less pushy as that was extremely off putting. Regardless if I’m catergorized as a younger customer, I did not appreciate being treated as if I was naive. I understand extended warranties are a promising margin for profit but there can be a bit more tact in the presentation and interaction with customers (regardless of age). If it weren’t for Saad I honestly would’ve gone somewhere else to buy my car after my experience with her. I’d recommend him for anyone looking to purchase. More

Increased my trust Jason was persistent at FINDING the cause of my engine problems not just putting a band aid TRYING different theories and sending me away. He took his time with eliminating causes, rechecking to see if what was "said" was done last time really was and getting down the source of the problem. (Last year I was in and out a few times for the same issue that clearly did not solve problem as engine light came back on almost a year to the day) Jason took the time to show me pictures (did not talk down to me) of the process being done on my car and answer as many questions as I needed to ask. At no time did i feel I was paying for "pre-maintenance maintenance" But rather was paying for the actual repair that was needed. I have been a Mazda girl for many years and had become quite frustrated last year to the point of thinking perhaps I will change to another make, but Jason has restored my faith in Mazda as a good product and working alongside of this dealership once again. He IS the one and only person at this dealership that I am willing to deal with. He knows his mechanics well, and my experience with Katie and Andrea were lovely.
