Answered all my questions thoroughly; accommodated my hectic work schedule and responded in a timely manner. Extended warranties rep lady could be a bit less pushy as that was extremely off putting. Regardless if I’m catergorized as a younger customer, I did not appreciate being treated as if I was naive. I understand extended warranties are a promising margin for profit but there can be a bit more tact in the presentation and interaction with customers (regardless of age). If it weren’t for Saad I honestly would’ve gone somewhere else to buy my car after my experience with her. I’d recommend him for anyone looking to purchase. More

Drove 2 hours for the great service !! Budds Mazda has great friendly and accommodating staff. I drove 2 hours from home just to come to this specific dealership.
