A Took my 2014 CX-5 in for 96k warranty service. I purchased this vehicle used, about a year ago at another Mazda dealer, which is some distance away. Appointment time honoured as agreed. They dropped me off nearby so I could wait elsewhere and picked me up at the agreed time service was to be completed. During the service, they called me and suggested I have the injectors cleaned which I agreed to have done. I noticed an improvement in acceleration and general operation. Good, solid service provided on time. And a clean vehicle when I picked it up. I trust this Dealership to service my vehicle and will use them in the future, even though there are other dealers closer to me. Very satisfied More

Customer Service the Way it Should Be I have always taken my vehicles to local auto mechanics to be serviced, so this was a first for me to use a dealer. Well, to say the least, it was mu I have always taken my vehicles to local auto mechanics to be serviced, so this was a first for me to use a dealer. Well, to say the least, it was much better than expected, with Katie the person I primarily dealt with. I had work done at another service center (not a Mazda dealership) and had a minor issue come up, which they insisted was not caused by them. So I brought my car to Budd's. After diagnosing, the technician wrote a detailed explanation as to what was done incorrectly so that the other service center can resolve the problem. Katie even offered the other center to call her if they have any questions. Absolutely outstanding, so Katie and her team at Budd's have won me over for all future service work I need to have done. More

Only great things happen at Budds best in service I started dealing with Budds and the people there when other Mazda dealerships failed. Bought my first Mazda 3 I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from the dealership. I was so excited to get out in it and go for a drive. I didn’t notice a few things but spoke I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from the dealership. I was so excited to get out in it and go for a drive. I didn’t notice a few things but spoke with the dealership and they were more then happy to address my concerns. I would recommend this dealership for new or used cars. You’ll get exactly what you want and have no regrets with your purchase. Will return to Budds Mazda for my next car and service. More

I'm quite pleased with the car so far except for one issue; I find my right leg is uncomfortable after a long drive. I'm hoping it's just a matter of getting the seat position in the right configuration. Other than that it's all good and I've already gotten compliments on the red paint and how it pops in the sunshine! More
