Awesome! I recently had new tires installed on my 2012 Mazda 2. The service staff were excellent in providing pricing and scheduling a date. Jake the service technician is who I normally request to work on the car and did a great job. I was out in 75 minutes and feel better the car has new tires. I would suggest to anyone who owns a Mazda to visit for great service and request Jake as the technician. More

Great staff, great service and my 2014 Mazda CX-5 great car. I have been dealing with Mazda's staff and service department since purchasing my 2014 Mazda CX-5, April 2014. The service staff that mostly look aft I have been dealing with Mazda's staff and service department since purchasing my 2014 Mazda CX-5, April 2014. The service staff that mostly look after my service needs are Katie Andrews and Andrea Stathers. These two employees over the years have given me excellent service. They are very efficient in making my bookings, keeping me abreast of any service issues while my vehicle is being serviced, extremely prompt in notifying me when the service is completed and making arrangements for my return ride. These two employees are an asset to the Budd's and Mazda organizations. Another area of excellence is the service mechanics. All the maintenance on my 2014 CX-5 has been completed to my satisfaction. Never once have I had to return my vehicle to the service department too have the work redone. For these reasons, I have given the Budd's operations a five star and would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

best servi received My trunk would not close , went to a regular garage and they said I would need a new lock, so I decided to go to Mazda dealership . So to look at the My trunk would not close , went to a regular garage and they said I would need a new lock, so I decided to go to Mazda dealership . So to look at the trunk there would be aminimum charge of 50$. Well I said ok , found out that there is a reset for lock. … so I was sent on my way with NO charge . Love a good dealership . I have been driving Mazda's for 17 years and would recommend this car to anyone wanting a good safe car More
