He always wears a smile on his face (no matter what the situation is), does his follow ups as promised and does not shy away from going above and beyond to help you select the right vehicle. With Corey, you are guaranteed that you will have an amazing experience. Corey is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and not a typical pushy salesman who just wants to sell you a vehicle unit. Highly organized First time at Budd's, turned out to be the best BMW Service experience I have ever had in the 7 years I have owned MINI's and BMW's. Highly organized team, quick to check you in, awesome waiting area including the upstairs lounge, the i3 tech (can't remember his name) came out to chat directly with me about the issue I was having, the service advisor kept me updated on progress. Highly recommend. Only drawback is location (but that's not really their fault), there's nowhere to walk to (other than other dealerships), a shuttle ride or loaner is a must if your car is going to stay all day or overnight. More
