Great Customer Service & Great Experience! Thanks to Selman! I have bought several BMW's over the past few years however this was the first BMW purchased from Budd's. In the past I have not used Budd's for s I have bought several BMW's over the past few years however this was the first BMW purchased from Budd's. In the past I have not used Budd's for sales, and only for service. To be quite honest, I was turned off many years ago by a bad sales experience. I was young and was not treated with respect, and ended up buying a mercedes instead. This time, we were greeted by Selman who was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. Selman was very patient with me, as well as my entire family who was there as part of the purchase process. Selman first listened to my needs and helped identify a vehicle that would suit those needs. At NO POINT IN TIME did Selman ever push a vehicle on me I was not comfortable with. He did not take the typical "salesman" approach which was very comforting throughout the whole deal. All-in-all it truly felt Selman was working for his client (us) over BMW to ensure we were happy with a product and price that was suitable for us. He really paid attention to our needs and delivered Phenomenally. If there is only one agent you see at BMW GTA dealers it should be Selman at Budd's. More

Everyone hates aggressive salesman, and he was the total opposite. He would only slightly suggest and steer you in the right direction. The only day I can pick up the car, he also came extra early to deliver my car to me so I can get to work on time. I highly recommend Mr. Selman to everyone. And by the way, I'm super happy with my 2017 BMW X1, I get over 700kms every tank. More

X6M Back in for Service-BUDD'S huge price tags Disappointing is an understatement...After paying $900 for service with an issue in October I am BACK in November with another issue another $900 (+ t Disappointing is an understatement...After paying $900 for service with an issue in October I am BACK in November with another issue another $900 (+ towing fees) and 2 days without a vehicle. They don't offer loaners to their clients and expect you to pay a rental until they have figured out the issue or received the parts. It’s a shame I love driving the car but it spends too much time in the service bay. I had heard from colleagues that BMW vehicles spend too time in the shop with a large price tag attached and took my chances only to confirm they were right! Once the lease is over so is my relationship with BMW. I have also owned Mercedes Benz over the last 6 years with little to no issue... Service reps are great but product is not quality… More
