No loyalty whatsoever I have been fortunate enough to drive new BMW's for the last decade. I like to be loyal and support people who support me. BJ BMW does not have the same business values I have. Their new car 'manager' Raja is really shady. He will smile, shake hands, nod, agree with you in person, give you the "don't worry, we will look after you", then hide for 3-4 weeks and DO THE OPPOSITE of "look after you", the customer. I have just been told BJ BMW cannot even talk to this magical 'BMW finance' group, I have to call them and deal with things on my own. Hopefully, the finance group has better values and customer service than the New car sales team at BJ BMW. Do the right thing and do not support BJ BMW as long as Raja is sales manager. More

SCAMER LET UR CAR SIT OVERCHARGWORK THAT DOSNT NEED 2 B DONE I have a 06 bmw m5 and some one left a 2 by 8 long steel pole in the middle of the road in the middle of the night who knows if it was kids or what bu I have a 06 bmw m5 and some one left a 2 by 8 long steel pole in the middle of the road in the middle of the night who knows if it was kids or what but any ways I managed to hit it straight on and it blew out my front left and back left tire.. So I made a claim though icbc and brought it to brain jessel thinking they would go over it and make sure my baby has no suspension damage what's so ever on a car like mine! It took them 6-7 weeks to do the job that's right it took them that long to put 2 tires on and order one rim and an alignment... I called in about every week getting madder and madder at them about why is it taking so long they gave me crap storys every single time I talked to them my job manager was Nick Rodman he was the worst service manager I have ever spoke to in my whole life! First he told me they cant find a new rim any where so they have to order it from Germany I thought that was super odd.. Then 3-4 weeks past I go by the shop and my car hasnt even moved one bit! I call him ask him to check on the job he says they havnt even shipped the rim yet I got even madder thinking this is gonna take even longer now since it will take over a month to get from germany to canada vancouver from what they tell me... then all of a sudden they say they found a rim in usa and can get it here by next week! So I so finally we are getting some where... that passes nothing has even be touched again then I tell them instead of putting continental tires on again which cost more money then the new tires I just bought and have on a the back of my car I wanted cheaper Michelins on since I already have them on the back there is no reason to pay more and have two different types of tires on so I asked him can you just put two cheaper ones on the front two instead of one expensive one that is different on the front he agreed that would be a better idea and it would not cost me a dime to do this even more so because they are taking so long! Then I get a call on the 6-7 week saying they have all my new 3 tires and 2 fronts and one back left only front and back lefts where blown out they just did the front right to match for same price... then they say come in and it will only cost you your decuctable $500.. So I take a cab there cost me about $60 I get there its about $2100 bill and insurance only wanted to pay $1100 out of it the whole bill they charged me $330 on tread wear for the fronts and $240 on the backs and the backs have only been on for about a month tops! I dont see how a tire that cost me $400 each has $240 tread wear in 1 month then they say my battery was dead so they had to replace that they charged me $375 for the battery then $140 to install it thats right 2 bolts $140 LOL... Then they charged me for that new front right tired to match it all that they said they would do it for free since they would take so long! they whole bill was $3300 and I paid $2100 for basically 2 blowin tires and a new rim.. my battery was fine when I took it in there maybe they left a light on or what ever but they wouldnt touch the car untill i paid the $500 for the battery! Then about 2 months later I find out they didnt even buy or put a new rim on they just swiched it to anthor side and put lots and lots of glue on the rim nd tire so the hairline crack woulnt leak for a bit... Only to find 2 months down the road that now I just paid 2100$ for basically 2 tires and an alignment... NICK RODMAN was not even there that day he called in sick and they made sure to give me back my car that day so I wouldnt yell at him about all this he assured me many many times that the bill was not going to be any more then $500 deductable DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY LET YOUR CAR SIT AND CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS THAT DONT EVEN NEED TO BE DONE AND ALSO THEY LIE TO YOU THEY OVERCHARGE FOR THINGS THAT DONT EVEN GET DONE! Horrible. Service adviser lied about work carried out and attempted to charge me for work not carried out. Tried to charge me for warranty work. Asked how long it takes to special order a 335 and the sales said three months and the dealership can provide a loaner car if the car cannot arrive within the date listed on the sales contract. I called two weeks before the delivery date and the sales said the car won't be arrived in two weeks. Asked for the loaner he promised earlier and no loaner available. Had to go to the dealership and talk to the sales manager to get everything to work out. At the end, the car arrived one month late because somebody switched the car order to a month late so everything has to push back for a month! What is the point of promising customer the car needs three months to be special ordered and not submitting the order within time? Will never deal with this dealership again! More

They sold me a new (400km) car - apparently driven by one of their dealers. What they didn't tell me was that it had been in an accident, repaired by their own body shop, not declared and not told to me duri of their dealers. I only found out many months later when I was involved in a minor collision and had it in at another repair shop. When confronted with this shocking information - they were all denials and claimed they had no idea. Even when I showed them proof that they had to have known - they are still refusing to do the right thing. Do not buy from these sheisters - you have no idea what you are going to get - even with a new car! More
The worst service possible. They will make you pay even for the staff that is under warranty. They tell you things need to be fixed, even when they are not broken. Go to Park Shore, it only a few minutes away over the bridge. I will buy a Lexus next time. More
