Sold me a Lemon and wouldn't take responsibility I will never again buy a vehicle from this unprofessional and manipulative dealership . My 650i convertible I purchased from Brian Jessel was imported I will never again buy a vehicle from this unprofessional and manipulative dealership . My 650i convertible I purchased from Brian Jessel was imported from the states, which I knew at the time of purchase. However, I took the vehicle in a few years later to the same dealership to get a trade-in valuation and they told me the vehicle had a lemon status! I paid a premium for the reputation of a large dealership and got absolutely taken. I called the dealership out and all they had to say was; "we legally only have to declare what we know." What a bunch of garbage. No way they could have not known they were importing a lemon vehicle. Dealt the the used sales manager and he said that having a lemon status had no value impact on the vehicle. We tried to sell it privately and no one would even look at it. These guys take no responsibility and absolutely do not care about your expirence. We bought three BMWs from them and I can confidently say we will never purchase another one. Bye bye Brian Jessel.
