Bad experience I never had a problem with any dealership of Nissan but today first time I went to Brampton north to fill air in my tyres and guy told emu have to wai I never had a problem with any dealership of Nissan but today first time I went to Brampton north to fill air in my tyres and guy told emu have to wait until 3 to fill tyres it means I have to wait 2 hrs for 5 minute job that's insane. I'm driving Nissan from 9 yrs I never had a any problem with any other dealer of Nissan I just go in there and they fill the tyres right away. More

PUSHY AND RUDE This was the first dealership I went to in my search for a car, I am a student so I had to stick to a certain budget. I looked at a used car and a new car, and was unsure and wanted to sleep on it and make sure I could afford the insurance. Jason Goddard was extremely pushy and was trying to get me to leave my credit card there to "hold the car" when there were 5 more Micra's on the lot and when I refused he asked for my debit card. I still told him I wanted to look up insurance and talk to my parents and he responded "didn't you do that before coming in here?" After I said I wasn't going to buy a car today because it's a big decision, he asked why I even came in. I inquired about the Micra because of the price, and another employee told me that they aren't cheap anymore and I would be looking at 19 thousand, when my Girlfriend just bought one 2 months ago for a lot less. The next day Nissan Milton told me I was looking at 15 thousand for the Micra, with the taxes. Nissan Milton was much more helpful and not pushy at all, I will be buying a car from them. More

He called me on Saturday afternoon and I agreed to go in Monday to view the vehicle I was interested in. He then sent me an appointment email stating the vehicle I was interested in. Went in Monday after work (an hour away from me) only to be left waiting for 10 minutes while they found out who was helping me. Everyone else refused to even show me the car since I belonged to someone else's sale, even though the dealership was empty. Apparently this same sales person sold the car on Saturday and did not have the common sense to call and let me know. Fellow salesman was bad mouthing him behind his back.. saying that he was going to sell the car to me anyways to "teach him a lesson"... very unprofessional and uncomfortable. After 30 minutes I was told the car was not even on site for me to view so I left as they waved their arms in confusion through the window. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and warn friends and family to do the same. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. More
