They did an absolute horrible job of going over it with a paint marker which has mostly came off already. There’s a dent in the roof of the truck that I didn’t notice until after I bought it as well as the power steering leaks. Not impressed with how pushy the sales person was as well as being told the truck was “clean” when I asked to have it detailed before I picked it up which everything was clean but dusty from sitting on the lot. Purchased a 2017 Rav 4 SE I purchased my car on Oct 23rd. I am a recent widow and traded in my Sienna XLE with only 26K on it as I felt it too big for me. The sales agent origi I purchased my car on Oct 23rd. I am a recent widow and traded in my Sienna XLE with only 26K on it as I felt it too big for me. The sales agent originally told me the mileage was $8K as it was used by one of the sales managers when we were agreeing to the price however it was over 11K. A few days after I got home my son in law checked the tire pressure as he was concerned with one tire (back drivers side) The tires on the right side had 37 air pressure, the front drivers was 34 and the back tire was 20. This should have been checked before I picked up the car! My son in law fixed the tire pressure at 32 which is what is advised. 10 days later we checked it again and the back tire was too low so we were concerned there was a leak. I contacted the sales agent and left a message but he did not return my call. I called again and spoke with the leasing manager who suggested I could bring it back to the Dealership however since I live in Alliston this was not a suitable arrangement. He did not take ownership that the tires should have been checked before I picked it up. I picked it up a week after we made the deal. I have today taken it to my mechanic and they found a construction screw in the tire and repaired it. I feel I was treated not fairly and basically that my concerns were dismissed. More

Also found out from ford the dealership that the transmission on this car was replaced at 6000km but I had no idea because Toyota Bolton hadn’t told me that prior in purchasing the vechicle car only has 16k on car and having lots of issues More
