I struck up a conversation with Oleg Burkartyk about the gorgeous 4 Runner that was on the floor. I have coveted this vehicle for years but never could justify the size and price of a full size SUV. Oleg was great ... he answered all of my questions and we had a great chat about the pro's and con's of moving into this vehicle. Needless to say I didn't make a purchase that day, but I exchanged cards with Oleg and drove away happily in my Camry. Fast forward to last month. Out of the blue I received a call from Oleg, who remembered me and our chat from the year before. He reached out to let me know that an incredible opportunity had "rolled" onto the lot ... and wondered if I was still interested in driving a 4 Runner. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process of purchasing the pre-owned 4 Runner from Oleg and the Bolton Toyota team. It was efficient and courteous service at every turn and the follow up from Oleg to ensure my satisfaction was remarkable. Bottom line ... I am a loyal Toyota customer. I will continue to support this brand. As I type this note I am now the proud owner of a gently used 4 Runner ... but make no mistake ...
