I purchased a RAV4 AWD 2025 from Bolton Toyota and my shopping experience there was truly SATISFYING. Happened to interact with Anmol who was very Honest, Helpful and Patient besides being Professional a shopping experience there was truly SATISFYING. Wow, scammed! I drove 400 km to pick up a car from Bolton . Was given a firm price and when I got there, they added another $8,000 to the price. Had a positive experience with the sales guy but the finance manager tried to get me to agree on a payment plan that was extremely taxing. I explained that money was tight and I could not afford what s finance manager tried to get me to agree on a payment plan that was extremely taxing. She then told me to work more overtime take a part time job etc. I knew what I could afford and all the extras she tried to tack on shamelessly telling me to just add a few more years of financing at 9.5%. If I didn’t need a car so desperately I would have gone elsewhere. I was very close to walking out. Timing for buying a vehicle was awful. Nowhere had anything decent in stock. Bolton happened to have decent cars in stock and the only reason I went through with it even though I wanted to leave screaming. Finance manager also tried to pressure me to make rushed decisions telling me my down payment was not received etc. Extremely stressful time in my life and I really didn’t need someone like that only worrying about her cut of my sale. Because of this I have not gone back for any routine service. I go to independent garages so this dealership will not get my money More

Heed my warning and DO NOT take your car for repairs at this location; unfortunately I used their services out of convenience which I now sincerely regret. After $2300 in repairs the car was still in the same condition…had it towed back and was charged approximately $900 and you guessed it, it immediately began shuddering with an engine light upon return. The service manager Vinay Singh made no attempt to make amends for their inability to address the issues the car was brought in specifically to fix and to stand by their mission statement “to attract and attain customers with high-valued products and services and the most satisfying ownership experience” and has zero customer service skills. The car was brought to Toyota in Brampton whereby the tech immediately diagnosed it as a valve that required replacing and advised that it was an INCREDIBLY COMMON ISSUE that occurs quite frequently and is an easy fix. The car is running beautifully now. Shocked, disappointed and frustrated with Bolton Toyota. As they have no regard for customers and do not value loyalty they won’t care that I’ll be going elsewhere to purchase my new Highlander. Take the extra time and get your car repaired at a reputable Toyota dealership!! More

Parts department is useless. Had to order a thermostat for my truck (06 Tacoma), which I find odd to not keep in stock with such a common motor. Had to leave work early 3 days later to pick it up, wrong part was ordered. Had the correct part ordered and was told 3-5 business days to come in from Quebec??? Called in the morning of the sixth business day and was told the part would be in in the afternoon. Left work early to get the part and of course it wasn’t there. Cancelled my order and went with an aftermarket thermostat from my parts supplier, he got it in 2 hours and was a third of the price. Got a call on the seventh morning before the dealership opened to say the part came in…. I once again cancelled my order as I will not give them any business ever again. More

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership - pick somewhere else. We committed to purchasing a Toyota from this dealership and they sold us a vehicle while misrepresenting what the vehicle was. When we pointed out the error within 10 minutes of identifying it, we were informed that it was "too late" to undo the transaction which is obviously untrue. I would never recommend a dealership in which they would happily sell a car to a client when they do not even want that specific model. The sales representative Ramandeep and her manager, Khush, are extremely dishonest people and are not interested in customer satisfaction whatsoever. They are still unwilling to provide a refund to allow us to purchase a different vehicle. We were more than willing to purchase a different Toyota vehicle but obviously, their greed comes first before customer satisfaction. Customer service below zero. We were waiting to lease almost 2 years. In September 2023 lease term for our previous RAV 4 finished. Since that we've got only the answers like "next month's,next week" from different sales persons and managers. We even decided to buy out the car.But surprise, surprise.... Instead of previously counted CAD 10.500 we've got the bill of 14K. We walk away from this location and got better Rav 4 in different location within 1.5 months. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!! Goodbye forever... More
