I received a call from a salesperson saying they had one available that was a cancelled lease and that I could have it. They wanted to know how soon I could be there. I asked how much it was and they told me it was the listed MSRP. I asked if there were any extras and they said it already had an extended warranty even though it was brand hew. They said I had no choice because it was already attached to the car or some such nonsense. I could sense that this was just upselling and an opportunity for the dealer to increase its profits and the salesperson to up their commission. I don’t for a minute believe that there’s no way to avoid the extended warranty. Even if it’s somehow true, it’s boy who cried wolf syndrome where car salespeople have lied and blatantly upsold for so long that they have no credibility. Toyota dealers are especially notorious for this. Update: I just received another call from the dealer asking me if I’m still in the market for a Prius Prime. Thinking that maybe they had another car in stock, I said I am. She then tells me that the car I already rejected because they wanted me to pay for an extended warranty is still available and yes I still have to take the extended warranty if I want it. “When can you come in to fill out the papers?” she asked me. 🤬 More

I had a terrible experience with this dealership, especially with the financing department including the manager SYED , everything is the beginning is like in the movies everything goes perfect nice especially with the financing department including the manager SYED , everything is the beginning is like in the movies everything goes perfect nice and smooth , applied for a car , got approved, and then they scheduled a delivery, that was taking almost a month to do it , and I was calling every day and nobody was available or they were too busy , and they were lying about the approval , they didn’t do nothing , after 26 days of dealing and waiting I had to go there personally to speak with someone and ask for a refund because everything was awful please don’t buy from this dealership they are liars and cheaters and very careful with the management More
Purchased a Toyota Certified Rav4, happy with the car, but not with the dealer. The initial viewing and trade in appraisal took three hours to complete, even after having an appointment. The pickup of th but not with the dealer. The initial viewing and trade in appraisal took three hours to complete, even after having an appointment. The pickup of the vehicle 2.5 hours to complete, and paper work wasn't ready (still haven't received safety certificate and workorders from previous services done at Toyota). Wasn't provided with fuel (car had less than 1/4 tank) in the car, that I paid for on the invoice ($50), and had to follow the salesman to the gas station to get fuel. Went to install new snow tires, couldn't find the key for the locks anywhere (were destroyed to remove wheel), salesman once again said that he would ship out a set, and we have yet to see anything. Lastly, went for our first complimentary oil change at our local Toyota dealer, after the salesman said it would be honoured at any Toyota dealer (Bolton is 2.5 hours from us), and this was denied, and we had to pay for the oil change. You can't believe anything that is promised to you, and I do not recommend doing business with them. More
Please save yourselves by not going to this toyota dealership Booked a corolla 6 months ago orignally arrival time was 3 to 5 months than when it was almost 6 months suddenly dealership said you need dealership Booked a corolla 6 months ago orignally arrival time was 3 to 5 months than when it was almost 6 months suddenly dealership said you need to wait another 2 months or we have a exact same car for which financing didnt go through for alleged customer for some reason but twist was i need to pay for ceramic coating($1999) and rust proofing ($1999). One of my friend got 2021 RX350 his ceramic coating was $1400 from lexus and that car is a SUV. Than after alot of negotiations dealership agreed to give me extended warranty for free but unfortunately in bill of sale they added $800 for that as well. Their staff is dishonest specially sales manager lakshay and finance manger syed. Mr syed even agreed with me on call that margin is thin on cars so they have to push (play games) customers for options In the end i paid $4800 extra for the options which i never wanted. My wise advise is please take your business elsewhere NOT RECOMMENDED More
A dealership with zero Canadian values. They forced me to finance the vehicle even tho i wanted to buy cash . The GM there is the propelling force that pushes employees to give unprofession They forced me to finance the vehicle even tho i wanted to buy cash . The GM there is the propelling force that pushes employees to give unprofessional and deceiving behaviour. All they care is about sales .Not only I felt profiled , they wanted me to proof where my downpayment was coming from even i gave them a Bank draft . GM think just because he is representing Toyota he can conduct him self as he please. Stay away from them. More
Stay away, do not recommend, they will try and cheat and scam you, lowball you out of a deal, try and use lame pressure tactics to get you to buy a car. There are so many other Toyota dealerships in the GTA scam you, lowball you out of a deal, try and use lame pressure tactics to get you to buy a car. There are so many other Toyota dealerships in the GTA that are more honest, you have options. Walk away. My story begins on kijiji, where I posted my car for sale privately. A person named Amrit Sumra messaged me on kijiji and said he wants to buy my car. He said he works for a Toyota dealership and will pay $ 36,000 for my RAV4 Hybrid. That was a very strong offer, but I was interested especially since I needed a larger vehicle. After exchanging several messages over kijiji, and making sure he isn't wasting my time, I came into the dealership with my car to sign the deal and have it appraised. Once I got there, my car was appraised at $ 35,000 (not 36 k like over kijiji but still a good offer) and I made a $ 1000 deposit for a new 2022 Highlander coming in 2 months. Fast forward a few months later, and the manager calls me and says that my 2022 Highlander has arrived. I show up to the dealership, I even cleaned and waxed/detailed my RAV4, and my car gets "re appraised". After waiting almost 2 hours, Amrit finally comes and sits down beside me, and starts telling me about how the market has changed/shifted and that my car is now worth $ 29,500!!! A $ 5,500 price drop from 2 months ago!!! LOL. I knew this deal was too good to be true. The market has not changed, it is still super strong, and my RAV4 Hybrid is in high demand. I pulled up autotrader prices of a similar car like mine with cars going in the $ 36 - 37 K range. I told Amrit that he led me on a wild goose chase, wasted my time, and used dirty tactics of messaging me privately on kijiji wanting to buy my car for $ 36 K. He wasted my time, he wasted my dad's time, and made my wife angry because now we don't have a 3 seater. I also missed out on other car deals from other dealerships. My mistake and lesson learned. BOLTON Toyota never again! They will try and scam you, lowball your trade, and use any dirty dealer type tactics they can. The place is like a market in a third world country. You can haggle and deal but at the end they will try and screw you. I even tried to reason with him, and come to some form of resolution, accepting a lower trade in price for my RAV4 but asking for a good token of faith from them to make this deal happen, they didn't BUDGE or apologize for anything. Stone faced robots. Do not be fooled. Learn from my mistake. Like I always say, what is meant to be is meant to be, karma has a way of fixing things. You have been warned. More
I concur with the bad reviews. They first argued I could not pay cash a used vehicle but instead would have to finance. Later, would charge me an extra $900 fees if I really wanted to pay cash... I wonder if they are professional and know that most dealerships would never do that... Anyhow, went on making a great deal at a Markham dealership which had an amazing customer service and financing people. More
