I liked the dealership the minute I walked in. Friendly, helpful staff! I was introduced to Noel Istephan in Sales who assisted me with my purchase. Noel went out of his way to assist me in locating the car I wanted. We test drove a few and ended up doing a purchase on the same day of our fist visit! The car, a beautiful 2020 Corolla, had to be custom built and was delivered to the dealership within a couple of weeks. Noel was extremely courteous in his dealings with me and gave me a loaner vehicle while waiting for my new car to arrive! No additional cost for this extra service! Noel was professional and maintained contact with me to advise of the details of the new car arrival. He even presented me with a gift when I picked up my car! Excellent service and very helpful, courteous staff. I will definitely recommend Bolton Toyota to my friends and family! More

Nothing for 2 weeks call and told waiting on his approval. Ask for a call since the finance manager wasn't in. Still no call. Tell them deal is off and I'm coming to get my refund on the deposit. Manager wasn't in so left my information so I didn't have to be there. 2 weeks after that 5 phone calls in with no cal lb. back whatsoever my refund was processed. Every time I called I was told it was processed and I would see it in a few days. The last time I called I was told it was processed July 17. I went in on the 6th for the refund. Throughout the whole process I was told I would get a call back but not once did I get a call. Nothing to follow up, no confirmation of anything. Very poor service and if you actually look that the customer reviews they all say the same thing More

Not good not bad I bought a brand new car from Bolton Toyota . It’s been 5 months . Calling them frequently to for remote starter in my car . I already paid for it. I had the privilege of meeting Sonu-Z a young sales man that for the first time in years did not put any pressure one me, answered all my questions and if he wasn't 100% sure, he asked someone that new. We had coffee and talked trucks and toyotas . I didn't agree to anything the first visit , and I got a polite call after a few days asking if there was anything Sonu-Z could do. I told him I was looking around and would let him know if there was anything he could do. A week after that I'm the new owner of a 2019 4Runner... and very happy. I think if it wasn't for Sony-z I would have got a Toyota. He and ALL the staff at Bolton Toyota went above and beyond to help me get this truck. I would tell anyone to go see the guys at Bolton Toyota and see my friend Sonu-Z . They may have changed this ford guy, Thank you again Bolton Toyota. More

They not only made the purchase experience easy, but they gave me top dollar for my used Smart car trade in........When I picked up the vehicle, it was absolutely immaculate and a had big silver bow.......I was soooo happy. Yesterday, Elise came home from university on her birthday to a wonderful surprise in the garage......It was so special......moments later, a courier arrives with "Birthday Cup Cakes" from Bolton Toyota.....I was blown away.....to think that they cared this much for a customer who bought a used car and traded in a used car.....they didn't make much money........but I'll never forget the customer experience they gave us.
