Sold us a car that was under a service bulletin! I agree with some of the previous reviewers who mentioned words like fishy and sugar-coated. The sales guy made it sound like the car would be in tip-top shape (any issues fixed) before giving it to us, but we found out later it is more of a certification for safety they do. Don't trust their facebook reviews-- if you look carefully some of the 5 star reviews are actually from employees. I tried to put my balanced review and it was hidden. Within the first month I was already shaking my head...and should have returned it...VSC light and engine light were coming on, in addition to several other odd issues. We also discovered it burned oil very quickly...like we had to fill it up about every 1000 km or sooner... we informed them and that was pooh-poohed....Well months later we took it to Brampton's Attrell and they did an oil consumption test...and the car does fall under a bulletin. We are now on a very long waitlist to have engine piston etc. fixed. That bulletin was out in spring 2015...we bought in summer 2015...if you look on internet going back a couple of years people were aware of this issue. They sold us a lemon. The value has drastically dropped...we are a family with two young kids who were in an accident that totalled or previous Honda CRV....we were not prepared to buy another car and felt that at least if we went with a dealership we could trust them...Oh weren't we wrong!!!!! Manager is being very flippant and dismissive...the whole lot of them are very unprofessional! Beware-- of course they'll probably kiss your butt if you have a ton of money to spend there-- but I'd seriously take my business elsewhere! Maybe I should tell Sick Kids Foundation their donations are coming from a bunch of shysters! More

Hanging up on prospective customers First time prospective customer, calling to a) get quotes for tires and order them and b) book an appointment to have them installed. I called the main line 3 times, each time was placed through to the service department, and each time before a full ring went through the person in service picked up and hung up. My phone line said "Call Ended". When I called back a fourth time and explained what was happening, the receptionist just laughed and said that the phone just does that sometimes. Left my number for them to call me back. Have not heard back. My first impression is that staff here are completely unprofessional and do not care about customers. Glad to know before I waste my money and time going here. Absolutely not recommended. More
