Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly I would recommend this dealership to anybody. I went in with what I thought was a preconceived notion of the type of vehicle I needed. I was earmarked for a certain budget and was looking at a the Forerunner. Thanks to Management and sales staff they showed me the Highlander that was i my opinion much more useful for my purposes and more efficient for my long traveling. Within about 36 hours that new Highlander was in my driveway! More

The Bolton Toyota team members are not only salesmen but are very gracious & hospitable as well. Before we landed at Bolton Toyoya, we had already visited nearly 3 different Toyota Dealerships. At each of the dealership, I personally felt the attitude of the staff & senior management was not at all to my satisfaction.. When a vehicle is nearly $ 65 to $70K, with a $2K green levy tax from the government, customer definitely deserves a reasonable percentage of respect & TLC. This is exactly what I received from Bolton Toyota (TLC) The employees who truly helped us and went out of there way were Ed Mikhael, Moaid Elkhatib and my best rookie salesman Mohammad Salama, who sold his first vehicle Toyota Sequoia 2016, Platinum. If Toyota is your choice close your eyes, blindly & vist Bolton Toyota and ask for 3 Amigos. On 1st Oct, I booked the Sequoia on 6th Oct I had the Sequoia on my driveway. Thank you Bolton Toyota for such an excellent experience and great service. I went in to Bolton Toyota to take a look at a Demo RAV4 a couple weeks ago and walked out a happy new owner of a brand new Venza! I picked up my vehicle last week and am over the moon about the gas mileage I'm getting!! My fiancé is already talking about kids and picking out matching baby seats and a dog hammock. Ha ha. Stephen was very helpful in helping me find a Toyota that suited my needs. We came to agreement on a fair price fairly quick for the Venza and my trade price I would receive for the Jeep. In the Finance Office, Christian was very thorough in explaining extended warranty options and rust proofing. He was super quick with submitting our application and receiving approval - before I even got home that night. Lindsay was very welcoming and friendly, making sure that I was comfortable while at the dealership. I had some questions about the maintenance and upkeep (compared to a Jeep) so she introduced me to my Personal Service Concierge, Florence. She answered all my questions and more. Truthfully, she was the reason I switched to a Toyota. All in all, it was a pressure free, positive experience that I will tell my friends about. If I had to find "something" that they could improve upon....well... I really can't think of anything. See you in 16,000 km for an Oil change Florence ;) More

First canadian insurance which cost a fortune. Had I knew how much it would cost me, I would have rather do an upgrade in my vehicle instead of having useless piece of paper. More
Sold us a car that was under a service bulletin! I agree with some of the previous reviewers who mentioned words like fishy and sugar-coated. The sales guy made it sound like the car would be in tip-top shape (any issues fixed) before giving it to us, but we found out later it is more of a certification for safety they do. Don't trust their facebook reviews-- if you look carefully some of the 5 star reviews are actually from employees. I tried to put my balanced review and it was hidden. Within the first month I was already shaking my head...and should have returned it...VSC light and engine light were coming on, in addition to several other odd issues. We also discovered it burned oil very quickly...like we had to fill it up about every 1000 km or sooner... we informed them and that was pooh-poohed....Well months later we took it to Brampton's Attrell and they did an oil consumption test...and the car does fall under a bulletin. We are now on a very long waitlist to have engine piston etc. fixed. That bulletin was out in spring 2015...we bought in summer 2015...if you look on internet going back a couple of years people were aware of this issue. They sold us a lemon. The value has drastically dropped...we are a family with two young kids who were in an accident that totalled or previous Honda CRV....we were not prepared to buy another car and felt that at least if we went with a dealership we could trust them...Oh weren't we wrong!!!!! Manager is being very flippant and dismissive...the whole lot of them are very unprofessional! Beware-- of course they'll probably kiss your butt if you have a ton of money to spend there-- but I'd seriously take my business elsewhere! Maybe I should tell Sick Kids Foundation their donations are coming from a bunch of shysters! More

They got my credit approved even when my current immigration status in Canada (Temporal worker) makes it difficult to get finance.
