I was given the name of the sales manager Emad Barsoum. I thought he would welcome me and refer me to one of the sales staff and that's it. I was surprised gladly that he took care of me through each step of the car purchasing.. Took the time to explain in details the lease process, introduced me personally to Christian who was another great guy where I was advised on the Titan insurance which I found really beneficial and reasonable and I think is a must for every lease. Can't remember all names but I felt like the dealership was open that day just for me, Craig was great at working with me on the plates and licensing, Abdulrahman another unbelievable great gay. I think staff like that gives Toyota it's unbeatable reputation. Toyota Bolton you should be proud of having staff like that.
