Purchasing a used Highlander I purchased a 2015 Highlander and there were a few issues with it (USB not working, no all season mats) but they fixed the problems in a timely manner I purchased a 2015 Highlander and there were a few issues with it (USB not working, no all season mats) but they fixed the problems in a timely manner and were very helpful and courteous. It's ok to make mistakes but it's how they're dealt with that matters and Bolton Toyota did a great job remedying the problem. More

I bought a Toyota certified 2011 RAV4 Unlimited that passed Toyota 127 points check in Bolton Toyota on July 30th 2015. Ten days after, the vehicle stalled on highway. I drove it back to Bolton Toyota. They didn't find any problems. On August 27th, the battery died without obvious reasons. Next day, I drove back to Bolton Toyota and they replaced with a new battery. Since then, the new battery died twice without obvious reasons. On September 26th, the vehicle stalled on highway with complete power cut off. On September 28th, I traded in the vehicle. More

Purchased used car and was promised free tank of gas and first oil change free, when I went to pay and sign the Bill of Sale, he charged for the tank of gas and when asked to keep his promise of free gas tank, he told me "if you cant afford the gas, dont buy the ****** car". No customer service skills at all. Will promise something and wont deliver. Unethical - will report him to OMVIC and if any one else experiances the same - please dont let it go - complain to OMVIC and Dilawri Group - Kap Dilawri. Craig Nazare - General Manager of the dealership took ownership of the issue and promised to make it right. However, when the car was delivered to me was without mats, unclean, 12V charging port not working, loose Rearview mirror, no wheel lock key, brakes making grinding noise. Car was promised to be delivered to me at 88603 kms while the actual odometer reading was 89700. Car was driven about 1100 kms between the time, I paid deposit and picked up the vehicle. Paul - Sales Representative was very helpful and courteous. More
Drive to Hallmark Toyota for better service. I initially was glad for the convenience of having a local dealership. My last experience was when Paul Coffey owned the dealership. Picked it up at the end of the day. I keep a data logger in my truck that shows daily maximum for speed, rpm, etc. I happened to take a look when I left the dealer. My truck showed a max speed of 139kms and max rpm of 5900. I went back and enquired to the tech and service manager why someone would drive my vehicle like that, they were speechless that I even knew. To make things worse the next morning I had a rattle, after looking under the truck I found my front brake caliper was missing a mounting bolt and was tilting and hitting the rim every time I braked! To be fair, they replaced the damaged rim, reimbursed me for (labour only) for the brakes and indicated that they disciplined the employee. I was more upset about the abuse to my vehicle when driven, then the missing brake caliper bolt. To me the loose bolt was (hopefully) unintentional, the abuse was not. Admittedly I still go there for parts due to convenience, however I hate it every time. The parts guy that has been there from the beginning is miserable, and unhelpful. You also have to walk over to service and wait in line to pay for your parts. You make your choice every morning to come to work, if you hate your job so much, please find something you do like so that someone else who likes dealing with customers can work in the parts department. More
