My opinion mattered and was valued. A very detaied report was given, of issues with my car, before I gave permission to go ahead with the necessary repairs. Couldn't have asked for a better Service man. His goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction but, he gave over and beyond that percentage! I felt right at home…like family! The sales manager (Steve) and salespeople (Daniel & Ryan) were not pushy and seemed genuine in finding me the right vehicle that I was comfortable in. They were very detailed in going through all the specs of the vehicle and the contracts. I am extremely happy with the service they all provided to me (Steve, Daniel, Ryan, Dave, Abby). Why would you take your car anywhere else? I am a 4 time Birchwood car buyer and as the company gets bigger they break the rules by getting better. I had my car in for a warranty issue this I am a 4 time Birchwood car buyer and as the company gets bigger they break the rules by getting better. I had my car in for a warranty issue this week and got my appointment time wrong and came early. While I was prepared for a long wait. In the time it took me to look around the showroom, talk to a few staff members and skim thru the newspaper I was ready to go. This is not the first time I have been overwhelmed by the fast friendly service. It's not just the gold standard service, the sales staff are also very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. Coffee is great too. I hear stories from other people who complain about where they bought their car. I'm glad to be a Birchwood customer and wonder: Why would you buy or take your car anywhere else. The courtesy drivers were courteous and I appreciated the ride to the shopping centre and back while I waited for my car. The service was completed within the time frame that they estimated and there were no unexpected charges on my bill. I will return to this dealership for service based on this experience. I've been here before and have generally been satisfied. No complaints. More
