We had a malfunctioning A/C and a reverse tail light not working. We made an appointment and when we arrived I was greeted by Anna, a very patient individual. She explained that diagnostics had to be app working. We made an appointment and when we arrived I was greeted by Anna, a very patient individual. The A/C line and trunk harness had to be repaired. we had the car at the service departmant for 2 days as a broken fog light was also detected, which I appreciated, and which slso had to be repaired. Anna kept us informed both days and gave us 2 car wash tickets for our inconvenience. Very professional service. More

Best experience I've ever had at an Automotive Dealership. My sales person Melanie was very warm and pleasant to talk to. I usually have good things to say about your service not this time I brought our bus in for a safety check like I do every 6 months This time it’s tied up there till July 20th waiting for parts.
