Truck Service Took my 2018 sierra there for leveling kit and new tires. Truck was done on time and for the quoted price. Truck issues Live six hours away. Had issues with truck and took it to nearest GM dealership. Was given a loaner for three days. They said truck was done. Traveled Live six hours away. Had issues with truck and took it to nearest GM dealership. Was given a loaner for three days. They said truck was done. Traveled to city and half way there ended up with a flashing engine light and shaking truck. Ended up staying in a motel. Called Birchwood dealership and explained my ordeal was told to bring it in ASAP. We drove it in to city. Took it straight in and was greeted by service department and they were quick and explained situation to them. I left my truck there for several days and received emails and phone calls and service explained to me the issues and repaired them. I had one last issue and they were able to fix that as well. I picked up my truck and issues were resolved. I am pleased to have my truck back. Very happy. Thank you. More

Unhappy customer at the moment Brought car in Friday Nov 2 for a oil change and tire swap. Ended up staying the whole,day due to a anti freeze leak and there was problem after probl Brought car in Friday Nov 2 for a oil change and tire swap. Ended up staying the whole,day due to a anti freeze leak and there was problem after problem until finally at 4 pm told ca was ready to go. Took car home felt nice good heat . Went to start car later that night for work and all I got was cold air and drove for a bit and engine was overheating took back home and car has been sitting in driveway all weeekend. Called left messages and emails about how to get it back to dealership so they can fix it but no one has returned my calls. I need my car for work or I’ll lose my job as I have no means for transportation . It obviously wasn’t fixed and now I’m sitting here waiting as to what to do on ,y day off with no car to do any of the tasks I need to do. Would be nice to get a phone call or text just to say I have gotten your message I’m so sorry I’ll get a tow truck out to you right away so we can get this fixed . Offer me a loaner so I have a car to use while you fix it if it’ll take couple of days but leaving me hanging isn’t right either . I ‘now you are busy but I am too and I can’t just be waiting by the phone all day even though I can’t go anywhere . More

First time at birchwood chevrolet, buick and gmc Service advisor kept me up to date and was consistent with when he said he would be calling with an update.
