Great Customer Service Had afternoon appointment for oil change and rear brake repair/replacement. Dropped vehicle off and was given shuttle service home. Later the service adviser called and explained that there was an unexpected delay starting work on my vehicle and work probably could not completed by end of day. I explained my wife needed the vehicle for work the next day and we would try to rent a vehicle. The service adviser arranged a rental and offered shuttle service to the rental facility. Rental car was ready when we arrived. Own vehicle was ready by 9:00 AM next morning. Service adviser (Albert) provided great customer service. More
