Dealing with Big4 staff was an a great experience. I never felt pressured at anytime with my dealings, and the salesman John Quinlan was great. John new what I wanted and he and the management teem wen I never felt pressured at anytime with my dealings, and the salesman John Quinlan was great. John new what I wanted and he and the management teem went to work, the sales manager Martin Venneri located a truck that I was looking for right away at an other dealer, but it was sold. The General manager Rob Coleman jumped in and found the truck that I eventually purchased. It was a team effort which also included Michelle Morgan financial services director, and I ended up with the truck I wanted, not a truck I didn't want. This is my second time dealing with John, and the first time with the rest of of the team at Big4 and I would not hesitate to send my family or friends to this dealership.
