Friendly No Pressure Experience I was just browsing on day through the used cars lot and Michael came up to me to offer help. I have to say don't like dealers or salespeople to come I was just browsing on day through the used cars lot and Michael came up to me to offer help. I have to say don't like dealers or salespeople to come to me to "help", but Michael was so humble and honest and helpful that I decided that when I was ready, I was going to buy my car from him. I was going to wait until July to buy a used car, but there was such a great deal at Big4 and with Michael helping me that I decided to go for it this month. I am loving my Jeep Patriot and my next car will definitely be bought from them. I sometimes read reviews that look made by the people who work at the dealership, but believe me, this has been a hassle free experience for me. More
