Unlike some of the other dealers - we were able to take the vehicle for a test drive without any sales staff. When it came time to close the deal, Scott and Rob were very easy to deal with, and willing to work with me to get a price that I was happy with. While it's not related to the sales - the Big 4 Motors service department is excellent. . We'll be back again when it's time for our next vehicle. More

I bought my truck about 3 months ago , smooth transaction and great pricing ( compared to tower chrysler) no pressure to sign at any point just good information. I was in for my first oil change last week and the manager came up to me remembered my name and asked me how not only the truck was but how I was as well. He came back 5 minutes later said " thanks again for your business " and gave me a washer fluid jug. May not seem like a big deal but this is the first time it's happened to me at Any of the dealerships I've ever done business with. I am happy and will be comming to Big 4 again for sure. More
